Cheerful Cottage Nestled on Beautiful Witmer Lake

Enjoy yourself in this cozy cottage nestled on the channel of Witmer Lake! Witmer Lake is 1 of the 5 connecting lakes in Wolcottville's popular Indian Chain of Lakes. This fully-renovated cottage is full of charm and everything you need for a restful break at the lake! Whether you find yourself kayaking on the water (3kayaks provided for use during your stay), grilling on the patio, or catching a break from the heat inside watching your favorite show (smart T.V and internet provided during stay)., you are sure to always be doing something you love! There also will be a boat available for rent separately if you are interested in cruising the lakes that way! After a long day at the lake, grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants nearby or cook in our fully-equipped kitchen! On a rainy day, enjoy some game time with the games provided or take a quick 20-minute drive Shipshewana (a tourist town full of Amish heritage, shopping, restaurants, flea market, and more!).

This charming lake cottage has been remodeled with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a Queen size bed and 1 additional bedroom with a Queen bed as well!) There is a master bath with tub and shower along with a half-bath. Enjoy the sun as it shines through the beautiful open-concept kitchen and living space with a couch along with a bench, chair and bar stools for additional seating. Additionally, a closet with extra linens and beach towels are provided. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience!

The entire cottage is available for you to enjoy! Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles in the drive-way. There will be 3 kayaks and a gas grill provided during your stay. No need to bring your own beach towels unless you want to, but if you would like to float in the lake, please bring your own floats! A pontoon is available for rent separately with advanced notice. We have added a paddle boat that you are welcome to use at no charge.
A key pad is located on the main door nearest to the drive-way. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a unique code in order to enter the cottage during your stay.

The pontoon rental fee is as follows $200 for first day, $125 each additional day Or $700 for the week. Payment for pontoon is made at the time boat is delivered not through VRBO

**Clean up of your pet's waste is required-- pet waste bags are included if you forget to bring some! Pets are also required to be on a leash when outdoors for their own safety and for the safety of neighboring pets.
