About this space
Create your own family getaway at this beautiful, 2 acre, ranch with room to explore. This unique space offers two bedrooms, one spacious bathroom, dining space, kitchenette, indoor basketball court, and two acres of outdoor space that includes rocking chairs, a hammock, bbq grill, and outdoor shower! Just minutes from downtown Fulshear and Westin Lakes and less than 15 minutes from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas.
The space
The main bedroom features luxurious bedding in a cozy setting. The children's room has room for three with twin bed bunk beds and a trundle. There is plenty of covered outdoor space including a half basketball court and covered patio with rocking chairs and bbq grill!

Nice stay

We stayed at this cute property to escape the heat while our A/C was being repaired. It was clean and had sleeping for 2 adults and 3 kids - perfect for us. The kids loved the basketball court. The only thing that would have bumped the stay up to 5 stars would be a fully functioning kitchen (range and oven added, as well as dishes, utensils and glassware for 5). The property owner was very kind, professional and responsive.
