This beautiful and relaxing 4-BR, pet-friendly, pool-home getaway is located two minutes from the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. With a heat-pump the pool stays comfortable year round. Most pools in Florida just use solar which will struggle to keep up in the cooler months of November to March. Our home has BOTH solar and a heat-pump.

Make sure you stay where you get the most out of the pool you pay for.

When you head out to see the sights you will be located within an easy drive of beaches, like Hunter Springs, or Fort Island on the Gulf. Or you can head out to our favorite attractions on the Nature Coast of Florida - the Springs - like Homosassa, Silver Springs, Ichetucknee, Gilchrist Blue, Manatee Springs, and so many more.

Dunnellon is a lovely little town with wonderful eateries like Lugo's Cuban, Gyros King, and don't miss the famous Front Porch Restaurant and Pie Shop.

Furnished and decorated with an eclectic beach style, you will find it wonderful to come home to after long days spent exploring. Of course nothing beats spending a stay-in day relaxing by the pool passing the time with family and friends.

Wonderful, Dunnellon

This property is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the town. The property is nice big enough for a family of 4 or more. Just a quick drive to town to all the wonderful amenities. Only a five minute drive to the state park. A few minute ride to go down the rainbow river. The property owner was very attentive made sure we were happy and comfortable.

Great stay in Rainbow Springs

We loved our stay in this wonderful vacation home. It has positively everything you need. The house is well-appointed, but the best part of this property is the outdoor spaces. The pool area is beautiful and the pool itself is very warm. We spent much of our time just relaxing and swimming. The property backs up to a beautiful green space which is a former golf course. Now it provides wonderful walking/running trails for people and their dogs. There is also a disk golf course and a very fun restaurant that you can walk to. The hosts are awesome! They respond very quickly and were even in town during our stay and offered to guide us on a swimming adventure on the Rainbow River. We visit Florida for a couple weeks each winter and this was our favorite vacation home to date.

Beautiful pool home very close to Rainbow River

We rented this property to be in close proximity to the Rainbow River. The house is wonderfully appointed and has everything you need - including a beautiful pool overlooking a green space area. The house is very cozy and accommodated our family perfectly. Great neighborhood with wonderful walking trails and friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and great neighborhood

This home is spacious and clean. The pool and backyard is serene and private. The mourning coffee sitting by the pool was relaxing with the birds and nature waking up. The host was quickly responsive when I managed to disable the electrontric entry system. Would book again if coming back this area.

Nice neighborhood

The house is beautiful, comfortable beds, wonderful pool. Just needs to clean gutters (had a day of rain and the rain just poured over the gutters as the gutters are full of leaves) and lanai screen on top from the trees. Other than that... all was perfect!

Great month

We loved the house! The bed in the master was very comfortable and the pool is very nice and pretty private. It was clean and well stocked for a family. The area is beautiful and has a multitude of fun things to do with only a short drive. The owners are easy to deal with and answer any and all questions quickly. 5 stars all around!

Dunnellon FL Pool Home

Highly recommended pool home in Dunnellon FL. Large home, plenty of space. Well equipped in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The home backs up to a closed golf course so there was plenty of room to run my working K9 that travels with us everywhere. High ceilings and trays make the house feel very open. Well furnished with great comfy beds. Close to everything but feels very private when you’re there. We loved it and look forward to booking again on our next trip. Thanks.

Wonderful!

We had a blast staying here. It is probably the most stocked VRBO property we have ever been to. Very quaint,quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Springs park is amazing! The house met all expectations and Peter/Lauren are super attentive to detail and responsive!

Perfect place to stay. Close to Rainbow River and hiking trails. Very Cozy home.

This home is very clean. The pool was large. Quiet street. Room to walk your pet which we were great full to get to bring our dog. The beds are comfortable. The neighbors were very helpful. Loved being close to Rainbow River. We did not want to leave.

The house was perfect for our family very spacious and the bedroom with the bunkers was perfect .

We enjoyed the house and so close to everything ..we rented a pontoon boat and had 3 great days on the rainbow..and it was nice to come back to the house and swim in the pool ..the kitchen was big enough that we weren't bumbing into each other ...outside grilling was super ..sitting out by the pool was very relaxing ...

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean and looks just like the pictures! Very spacious. Beds are very comfy. More then enough for my family. They enjoyed the pool very much! Close to citrus springs, crystal river, rain bow river, ocala. We plan when we come back down to stay here again!

Amazing vacation!

We had a great time at this property. We really enjoyed the pool. The house is very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and has plenty of room. The location was convenient to so many things to do and see. We highly recommend this rental and can't wait to go back!

Excellent property and springs

Check out rainbow river state park!!! It might be the most beautiful place ever. You can also rent a pontoon boat to head down it from Captain Bob/angler's resort. The property is in a great location as we came for rainbow river. The pictures are accurate and it might be the best stocked vacation rental I've gotten.

We visit this area of Florida every year to see grandparents. This year (2022) we decided to get a house ourselves to accommodate our growing family (3 sons with a 4th on the way!). During our three weeks getting it ready to rent our two oldest could not be kept out of the pool, or off their bikes all over the neighborhood. This house has a secluded quiet vibe and is a relaxing place to spend a vacation.

Centrally located between the springs to the North and the Gulf activities to the south, yet boasts a fairer attraction then both (to our eyes at least): the Rainbow River. A crystal clear five mile paradise that is unparalleled. Its natural beauty has been preserved against the encroachments of over-development and a paddle down the river is nearly sure to be a serene memory.

The town itself is friendly and surprisingly well stocked for food options. Cuban, cajun, greek and even greasy spoon. There is no lack of good options.
