Within 15 minutes from Highlands and 20 minutes from Cashiers. Short distance from numerous wedding venues, waterfall sites, and a perfect place to share memories with spacious gathering areas and outside patio. Each suite has steam shower, heated floors, tv, queen bed, private deck, walk-in closet, and fireplace.

The Space:
Previously a bed and breakfast, this unique house sits on 4 acres and has a commercial kitchen, multi unit laundry room, several living room areas and a large dining room. Both hallways are equipped with a coffee bar. Each room has a queen bed along with a pullout couch and personal double vanity bathroom. Large patio area in front and back.

Guest Access:
The light switches for main areas are located in the closet opposite the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Placed on 4 acres, the house is a peaceful retreat with a private drive.

Getting Around:
This house has a large private drive with plenty of parking for everyone.
