Kick back in this calm, stylish home on a tree-lined street. Incredible Midtown location; walkable to Brookside shops and restaurants, the Gathering Place park, and miles of Riverparks trails to run, ride or walk on. Downtown, BOK Center, Utica Square, Fairgrounds all just minutes away. 1st bedroom has a king bed, attached bathroom and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle w/ 2 twins. Large living room, dining area, & stainless steel kitchen. Patio, w/ seating in backyard.

Great stay in Tulsa

We had a nice visit in Tulsa with friends - Patrick’s house was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very clean, sweet neighborhood. We’d def stay again.

Wonderful Reunion

Reconnecting with childhood friends and memories. This home was perfect for meals, music, and reconnecting. Comfortable and clean. Well appointed and had everything we needed. Great neighborhood for walks and morning runs. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful host

This is a wonderful place. Walking to the Gathering Place and to Brookside and as a runner and cyclist the Tulsa River Parks are right there and as a coffee lover so is a wonderful cafe. The house has a lot of charm and the bed very comfortable. Just loved it.

Great house and location

This house was a great fit for our needs. Charming house with good decor. Thoughtful details for a rental including lots of outlets and trundle beds. All the details we needed for our family. We hope to rent again on our next visit to Tulsa.

Good for small family

This home served our purposes well for informal, casual visiting with local extended family over an long weekend. Lovely quiet neigborhood near The Gathering Place & The Discovery Lab. Hosys tesponded quickly to messages.

Cute and convenient

The swing was a great place to start the day with coffee and bird/raptor watching. The master was very comfortable (bed, bathroom, space). Backyard was pleasant and outdoor furniture came in handy; plants were just starting to blossom. It should be very nice in spring, summer, and fall. Restaurants walkable! Friendly neighborhood.

Weekend review

We enjoyed our stay. Our family is there and we would love to be able to visit again. The only thing we would like to ask is that you put up some new heavier curtains, to block the outdoor lights and help with sleep. Thanks for a good weekend though!

Cute and Cozy with Charm

Great location and nice neighborhood. Close to downtown. House was clean and cozy with sone nice updates. Loved the front porch. Only issue the front door lock kept getting stuck and woukd not unlock - took 4-5 times.

MID-TOWN TULSA EASY

This house was easy to visit. We needed a small Mid-Town house for a couple of weeks to bridge the time between homes. This one worked perfectly.

Cute house in Super Quiet Neighborhood

Helpful and flexible property manager. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people and is close to The Gathering Place. House has been updated and has great outdoor space. We will book this home again on future trips to Tulsa.
