Welcome to your private retreat in this beautifully restored 2nd level duplex! Inside, discover two cozy bedrooms with queen beds draped in luxury linens, plus a pristine bathroom. Relax on the charming front porch and enjoy off-street parking (ideal for smaller vehicles). Just blocks away from Westport and the Country Club Plaza, indulge in diverse dining, shopping, and cultural delights. This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management.

The Hyde Park neighborhood, in midtown Kansas City, is located between the Country Club Plaza and downtown, and is just minutes away from the Plaza, the Nelson and Kemper museums, Crown Center, the Crossroads Arts District and all the entertainment and cultural amenities the city has to offer.
The Hyde Park neighborhood is located in the area from 31st street south to 47th street between Gillham Road and Troost. The area contains approximately 1,500 homes and many historic apartments buildings.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location
with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of.
Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
This is a private second floor unit in a 2 story beautifully restored duplex. You'll find a queen bed with luxury linens in each of the 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. The home has a front porch along with off street parking for smaller vehicles. You will be located just a few blocks from the amazing neighborhoods of Westport and the Country Club Plaza where you will find tons of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and museums.
Easily access Uber and Lyft
The driveway is narrow. If you have a large vehicle, you may not be able to get up to the back. There is plenty of street parking.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet/per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
