SEA´YA Sunset Villa is for lovers of nature, open space, ocean and light. It is where your horizons expand as you sit in the garden with a glass of local wine and take in the breathtaking views over the green valley national park towards Guincho beach and the surrounding countryside.
A unique family home with a great vibe in an elevated location offering spacious living, amazing sunsets, lots of light and cosy bedrooms. The moment you arrive you will feel ready to unwind and enjoy quiet moments under the olive trees, BBQ lunches, candle lit dinners and chilling with friends and family by the large salt water pool (11x5 meters).
Picture yourself waking up in the mornings and walking out onto a terra-cotta terrace as you sit down with your morning coffee. Imagine the perfect place for your yoga practice or meditation. A dream house, where standing in the lounge and looking out through the huge window, you have a birds-eye view over the tree tops to the rolling Guincho waves in the near distance.
Casa Guincho is set on a shared property, where you will enjoy your private pool and garden. The property is located in the typical small village of Charneca, only 5 minutes’ drive from Cascais and 10 minutes from Estoril. The stunning Guincho beach (where you will be able to surf, windsurf, chill out at the beach bar or simply soak up the sun!) is a couple of minutes’ drive away, or 15-20 minutes’ walk from the house, through a beautiful green valley in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. In Charneca, there is a small supermarket, a couple of local cafés, a restaurant, an equestrian centre, a tennis court, as well as a bus stop. Within a couple of minutes’ drive, you will reach the nearby villages of Aldeia de Juso and Areia. Aldeia de Juso is the place to go if you want fresh local produce, and Areia is the “surfer hub” of Cascais, being right next to the Guincho sand-dunes, with a wide variety of local cafes and lively restaurants, suited to everyone’s price range! Even though a quiet and peaceful location in which to spend relaxing holidays, the village of Charneca is only 2,5 km away from the A5, the motorway connection to Portugal’s bustling capital, Lisbon! A few minutes drive leads you to the ocean facing road from Guincho to Cascais, along which you can find some of the best seafood restaurants in the region.
The house has been recently refitted with a modern kitchen, bath/ shower rooms and a salt water tiled pool.
