カスカイスのシービューのヴィラへようこそ。 私たちの家はカスカイスの中心にあり、素晴らしい家族休暇や友人のグループに最適です。 それは1000平方メートルの広さで、大きなスイミングプールと12人を快適に座らせる屋外エリアを備えています。
家は3階に400平方メートルあります。
エントランスフロアには、海を見渡せる庭園を見渡す大きなエントランスホールがあります。 そして2つのバスルームと3つのベッドルームがあります。
1階にはカスカイス湾を見渡す周囲のバルコニーに面した広いリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、ゲスト用トイレがあります。

Beautiful, roomy property.

This property is well located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cascais within walking distance to the center of town with restaurants, beaches, grocery store and shopping. It is a bit of a climb uphill but worth it and good exercise! There were 6 adults and 4 children in our group with plenty of room to spread out The backyard pool area is outstanding. The host, Maria Ana, was very welcoming and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Family reunion

We had an excellent stay in Cascais! The house was awesome! All the beds were really comfortable and clean, and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The most amazing thing was the host! Miana made us feel truly welcome with many delicacies from the Lisbon area and even some chocolate bunnies by our bed sides. The house is wonderfully located just above Cascais, easy for all of us to walk into town to visit the market, the beach area or go out for dinner. There were many different areas in the house for different groups to gather, and it was very welcoming. Even though the weather was not ideal was still enjoyed the pool.!Thank you for making our stay so lovely!!

A wonderful ten days in Cascais

I booked this beautiful house over a year before our stay as part of my 50th celebrations, and it was worth the wait! Everything about the house was exceptional. From the well equipped kitchen to the large pool and breathtaking sea views. The rooms were all well appointed and there were many of them! The host was in contact before and during the stay to ensure all our needs were met and there was a wonderful welcome platter of cheese and biscuits on arrival. The town was an easy walk in and is a beautiful as I remembered. I would certainly book again I just need to wait for another special occasion!

Perfect Property!

This property is spacious, beautiful, completely updated, clean, and well equipped. The amazing thing is that it still retains its old-history charm. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with walking distance to public transportation, although our group of 7 people mostly got around with Uber (plentiful & rather inexpensive). The owner, Maria Ana, was very helpful throughout our stay, starting with a welcome platter for us upon our early arrival, which was managed by her daily helper (Jaime). She also organized a private dinner for us at our request. Chef Anabela made us an unforgettable, multi-course dinner one night. The house has a nice pool with fabulous sitting areas around it that we frequently used. Our group travels extensively and is quite picky. But we are gladly giving this property and its owner our highest rating. We would definitely stay in this property whenever our destination becomes Lisbon area again! Thank you, Maria Ana!

Immaculate villa in a great location. Professionally and courteously managed !

Our family of 9 arrived to an amazingly warm welcome by our host Maria Ana. A delicious spread of cheese, charcuterie, breads and scrumptious Pasteis de Nata plus wine and fresh fruit were displayed for us on the kitchen island. Toys for the toddler in our group, plus a soft toy in her pack and play, plus floats in the pool for the older two children made us all feel very welcome. The chocolates at each bedside were also a very nice touch. We really appreciated the discrete daily and incredibly thorough cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. plus the outdoor areas by Jamie. Jamie also barbecued for us one night. Maria Ana arranged for Anabel, a Chef, to cook a special and delicious meal for us in the villa. Our whole week in Cascais could not have been more special at the Villa. Thank you Maria Ana for an unforgettable week with our family. We will treasure the memories for the rest of our lives and would not hesitate to visit again or to highly recommend this property to friends.

Beautiful property!

We stayed at Maria Ana’s beautiful villa for a week in June. There were 7 of us (including our adult children) Maria Ana was waiting at the house to give us instructions and a tour. The house is 3 floors with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large family or 2 families. The pool table room was a nice touch. Maria Ana was so gracious and even had a meat/cheese platter and wine waiting for us. We communicated with her before and during our stay and she gave us recommendations for tours and dinners. There is a supermarket in walking distance.We also walked into the town Cascais for drinks and dinners. It was a 15 minute walk and it was beautiful. Maria Ana takes pride in her house and it shows.Bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very well stocked. She has a helper come daily to clean bathrooms, kitchen and make beds. He was very nice and never was in the way. We had great weather and enjoyed the pool and lounging in the backyard.Thank you for a memorable trip Maria Ana! Hopefully we can make it back,

Simply perfect

The house was wonderful, the location was perfect and the host was even better. Attention to details, thoughtful additions like water and chocolates next to the beds, nice soaps, and more. I didn’t want to leave - ever.

The house is amazing and Maria Ana is the perfect host.

Everything is like the pictures, the house is amazing, the swimming pool’s area is perfect for kids and the terrazas are great to enjoy the weather and have drinks AND it is very close to the town, 10 min walking If I am back to Cascais, I will repeat THANKS MARIA ANA !

Loved this house!

Our group of 6 loved this house in Cascais! It could have comfortably fit another couple or even 2. We spent a lot of time on the deck with a glass of wine, watching the sail boats. We also enjoyed the pool and the yard. 10-15 minute walk into town. Special shout out to Maria who managed the process and made sure all of our needs and requests were met.

Lovely house, lovely owner

Loved the house and the owner left so many nice touches such as food and drink for arrival etc. She even delivered something that we forgot to our hotel in Lisbon after we let. Excellent experience in every respect.

Fabulous Caiscas

We had a wonderful time in Cascais and Maria Ana’s home is absolutely lovely! Maria Ana was the perfect hostess, she helped us organize transportation, dinners and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is gorgeous and comfortable, has beautiful views and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We hope return to Cascais and Maria Ana’s house in the future!

100% Exceeded our expectations

From start to finish Maria was so helpful and made the process so easy. After our flight was delayed Maria met our other guests and laid on an amazing spread at the villa and shared a wine with them. The villa itself was stunning! Amazing views, great location, lovely decor and the attention to detail was amazing with everything you could possibly need. We stayed there for a wedding (ours) and it was just a perfect experience and really added to the magic of our holiday. When my family all went on to our next accommodation We were all very sad to leave and will remember it forever. We also used the chef service which was amazing! Felt really special and the food and service was fantastic. Highly recommended 11/10!

Spacious, comfortable, very clean and good location. Owner very helpful.

We were 2 families of 4 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room and the we had a very comfortable stay. The house is only ten minute walk to centre of town and so very conveniently located. Owners recommendations for restaurants were excellent too. Owner is very friendly and very accommodating and seems genuinely committed to ensuring we had a good stay. One minor issue is that wi fi could be stronger, particularly with so many kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

Perfect Cascais vacation

There were eight of us in an extended family staying here and we were extremely happy with our choice. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from most of Cascais’s central areas - shops, restaurants, beaches. The charming public market is a little closer and the impressive museum quarter a little further. There are severa grocery stores in a 10 minute walk so it was easy to keep the kitchen stocked with food and wine. The house itself is lovely, with amazing views of the ocean from the balcony and a really nice pool area. It’s easily big enough to let the eight of us share a space without feeling at all crowded and very nicely appointed. Maria Ana was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She had a breakfast spread laid out for our early morning arrival and when we had some trouble with the gas range she arranged for a guy to come and troubleshoot it within the hour. There were toys in the house for my 19 month old daughter to play with. All in all, a wonderful place and one we’d absolutely book again.

Köket bra utrustat. Snyggt vardagsrum. Ovanvåningens sovrum ok, inga lyxsängar. Badrummen jättefina. Källarplanets sovrum dock inget vidare och med en tydlig lukt av fukt och mögel.

Wonderful villa for the big family

If you are a big family and looking for a nice place to stay in Cascais, this is it. Fresh rooms, nice swimming pool and only ten minutes walk to the beach. The owner makes you feel warmly welcome and is easy to reach if you have any questions. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful property

Maria Ana the owner made us so welcome. She also arranged transport from and to the airport which was really helpful. The property is in a lovely area, a short (but steep) walk to Cascais town centre and railway station. The house, pool and garden were lovely and very well equipped.

Séjour très agréable dans cette location !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location de vacances bien équipée ou rien ne manque. Accueil chaleureux de Maria-Ana et de sa sœur . Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit bien réussi et la situation de la maison permet de découvrir Lisbonne et ses environs . Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur souci du bien être des vacanciers. Nous reviendrons pour le prochain marathon de lisbonne.

Beautiful villa, fab location, wonderful host

My husband and I stayed at this lovely villa with some friends in September. During the booking process Marie Ana was most helpful and answered any questions we had regarding the accommodation. We had an early flight and the check in time wasn't until later in the afternoon, which wasn't a problem as we had decided to put our luggage in storage and explore Lisbon for the day. Maria Ana then offered to meet us at the airport and take our luggage to the villa so we were free to explore Lisbon which saved us a lot of hassle. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by Mari Ana's sister who had provided drinks (wine, water and juice) and some snacks (cheese and crackers) which were most welcome after our busy day in the city. We were shown around the villa and given instructions on the air conditioning/dish washer etc. The villa is very spacious and all four bedrooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning which was a godsend as we experienced the hottest day of the year whilst we were there. There is also air conditioning in the living room. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs/loungers for everyone, together with some inflatables. The views from the villa across the bay are beautiful. The villa was clean and tidy and Marie Ana and her sister could not have been more hospitable. In fact Marie Ana called me a few times while we there to check that we were all OK and didn't have any questions or issues. The villa is in quiet residential area up a small hill and there is a short walk to the town of Cascais and the beach. The town is a perfect as it has an array of restaurants and cafes and bars and plenty of shops to browse around. There are several small beaches nearby which are sandy and you can hire sun loungers/parasols etc. There is also several art galleries and museums in the town. The host was exceptional and made us all most welcome. All in all we had a fantastic time staying at this lovely villa and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit.

great, great, great

Just to say we were so impressed with the welcome and the villa which we stayed in. We couldn't have wished for anything better. The rooms were lovely ,the outside space and pool were great, the views too were magnificent. Close enough to the beaches ,the shops, the bus and train station,and the supermarket. The owner couldn't have been nicer, and she supplied everything we needed. In fact it was one of the best holidays we as a family have been on, the extra little touches made the holiday so special. We would recommend this Villa to anyone.
