以下は、大きなバスルームのある3つのベッドルームと、大きなリビングとダイニングルーム、ランドリールームのあるキッチンです。 外には新しいプール（2歳）と美しいテラス、調理設備とバーベキュー用のスペースを備えた屋外キッチンがあります。 4台までの車のためのスペース。

We had a very comfortable stay at the villa plenty of room for a group of 5 people. The host was very accommodating and easy to connect. Easy 10mins walk to the supermarkets which there were 3 nearby as we did not have a car , 20mins walk straight into town so good location. I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay again.

Séjour très agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires était rapide. La villa avait tout ce qu il faut. Le quartier très calme avec toutes les commodités proches resto supermarché...La piscine superbe. La vue sur les montagnes.Nous étions 12 personnes mais la place était suffisante

Beautiful, spacious house

We had the opportunity to live in the house for a week with 3 families. The house is very nice and clean. Lots of amenities such as jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful in every topic. Beautiful view of the mountains from the house. Thank you very much for our stay and we recommend it to everyone

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette villa tout confort. La vue sur la.montagne est magnifique. Il faut juste attention à ne pas faire de bruits le.soir après 23h car le quartier est résidentiel avec des personnes qui y vivent à l'année.

Iso talo läheltä Denian keskustaa. Talo oli osittain remontoitu. Iso uima-allas ja poreallas. Altaiden puhdistus väliä voisi tihentää. Altaissa käytettiin aivan liikaa klooria. Nykyään on myös kloorittomia vaihtoehtoja 😘 . Muutoin talo vastasi odotuksia. ❤️

Ein schöner Familien-Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Da wir bereits schon mehrere Male in Dénia gewesen sind, kannten wir bereits die Umgebung sehr gut. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Stadt sind es 5 Minuten. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, so wie wir, läuft auch gerne das eine oder andere Mal nach Dénia rein. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben den Aussengrill gerne genutzt 🙃 Für Fragen stand uns Frau Buch jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, hat uns Frau Buch sofort geholfen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Great Villa

A great villa for a family vacation. We stayed here for 4 weeks and invited family over during this time to enjoy beautiful Denia. Plenty of space for multigenerational living, and well catered for young children. The host was very responsive to any queries and the location of the villa was perfect. Just an easy 30 minute walk to the castle in the centre of Denia. But also two nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Fijn en mooi verblijf!

En erg mooi en schoon huis, groot genoeg voor een familie van 10 personen. Fijne communicatie met Agna en vader, en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Centraal gelegen supermarkt is 5 min lopen, centrum 10 min met de auto.

Great villa for family vacations.

Agna made the process very easy and was professional and accomadating throughout our stay, the villa is of excellent standard and well located for accessing denia and the local area.

Lovely villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the villa. Agna met us at the Villa and following a quick tour left us with plenty of information about restaurants and local trips. The villa was very clean and spacious and situated just a 15 min walk from Denia. There is a couple of restaurants just a five min walk away as well if your check in is at an inconvenient time. The only area of improvement I can suggest was that the outdoor furniture could have been a little more comfy and the sunbeds.lacked cushions. We'd strongly recommend!

Espectacular

Estancia muy agradable, la casa muy chula y espaciosa, Todo muy bien cuidado y limpio!. Por poner una pega, para mi parecer, por ir con niños, diria que la piscina está muy en medio y sin barreras, con lo cual había que estar pendiente de los niños porque además es bastante honda, pero por lo demás muy recomendable.

Tolles Haus mit Blick auf den Montgo

Wir haben mit 8 Personen einen tollen Urlaub in Denia verbracht. Das Haus mit tollem Pool ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Kleine Mängel, wie ein verstopftes Waschbecken wurden nach einem Anruf sofort behoben. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Am Haus gibt es eine offene Außenküche, die wir gerne mehrmals zum Grillen genutzt haben. Zum Strand musste man einige Minuten gehen, worauf wir allerdings vorbereitet waren. Vielen Dank an Agna und ihren Mann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful villa

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean with plenty of space for the 8 people on our holiday trip. Agna was very friendly, helpful and also left lots of things like tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc in the villa for us. We all said we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Agna! 😁 xx

Great property

Had a great time staying here. Agna was always just a phone call away if we needed anything and helped with recommendations for places to visit and eat. Would recommend a car as a bit of a walk to the shops especially if you are going in the heat of the summer 😅overall a great place to stay

El estado en que se encontraba la pisicina, completamente verde, era lamentable. Entramos un domingo y hasta el miércoles, no le dieron ninguna solución, tras muchos mensajes a la persona de contacto. Encontramos en el fondo de la pisicina hasta un paquete de plástico que envolvía salchichas. Lamentable. La limpieza, deficiente, pues entre los huecos del sofá, encontramos de todo... Pocas soluciones y siempre con excusas. Una pena, pues la casa, bien mantenida y cuidada, está muy bien. Amplia y todo relativamente nuevo. Cerca, un buen restaurante, que merece la pena. Para el precio que se pagó, no se da el servicio que debería, en cuanto a soluciones a los problemas.

Modern, spacious and well equipped villa

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa which was very modern and clean, having only been refurbished fairly recently. The villa is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and is convenient to two large supermarkets on the same road and a short drive to town centre, sea front, marina and beaches. Agna was very helpful and easy to deal with and we had no problems at any stage. Highly recommended.
