Just 20min to NYC! LibertySuite is a custom designed fully furnished luxury 1bd 1ba apt in Jersey City's trendiest area Bergen Lafayette aka. BeLa. Full size bed & full size sofa sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped modern kitchen, spa like bathroom w/glass shower, top of the line linens & towels, work space for busy professionals, washer & dryer, (2) 50" tvs, cable, wifi, nest, 10min to Hoboken, 15min. to Newark Airport, . Walk to Liberty State Park (Statue of Liberty), paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, running, waterfront, ferry, marina, restaurants, bars, cafes, hospitals. Great for Traveling Pros ie. Nurses, Digital Nomads, etc.

***PLEASE NOTE***: We (The Hosts) are an active fit couple, we work from home, and we wake up between 5am-6am. We workout in the mornings. We have a rescue dog named Gigi who is always leashed and loves people. She plays off and on throughout the day until about 9pm during the week and later on the weekends if we are entertaining.

***NOISE***: If you are looking for an “extremely quiet” place to stay or you are “sensitive to noise” and turn in early and/or sleep in late, we politely ask you to not book our place. If you are a student and need quiet time to study you have a few options. Go to school, a local cafe or to the new modern public Library just a couple blocks away. Otherwise this rental is not for you. Our living room and kitchen are above the rental unit so guest will hear us walking around, might hear our music, our dog playing and or us entertaining guests. Our neighborhood Bergen Lafayette, is not in the suburbs. We live in an active, fun, diverse and walkable community just minutes from downtown JC and NYC. ***WE ONLY BOOK FOR 3months max at a time to make sure we enjoy our guests. If everything is working out we will extend. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT A DISCOUNT***

Great Long Term Stay in Jersey City

Property was just as described - perfect place to stay for a month-long work trip in Jersey City. Apartment was clean and hosts were easy to get in contact with! Location was close to the light rail and street parking was easy to find within the block.

Super nice, with some compromises

Hosts were accommodating. Very responsive with obvious pride of ownership. This property was a good fit for me, a single professional, in the area for a work trip. Pros: immaculate, clean, thoughtful provisions, well appointed and supplies are plentiful. Cons: host mentions workout noise in AM. However noise is an all day concern. Host lives above the space and you hear walking on laminate floors, pets walking and playing (bouncing ball), conversations. There is really no noise barrier. Having said that, hosts are courteous and the daily noise subsides by 10 PM. Commute to NY is not simple. Requires two trains (each with separate fare) and you arrive in the Oculus in lower Manhattan. If you want to travel to other parts of NYC you’ll need a third train - MTA (third fare) to midtown, Central Park, Times Square, etc. minimum commute to lower Manhattan is 30 minutes. Commute took me 50 minutes to arrive in SoHo, daily, for a month. neighborhood is regentrifying, so expect a mix.

No matter where or with who #1 is cleanliness #2 access and security (safe area) #3 high speed internet, wifi, bluetooth etc. and #4 location to transportation, shopping, dining and nightlife.

So as Host we want to provide the same great experience for solo travelers, couples and groups alike! We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guest in our hometown of Jersey City!
