気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The view from the house was amazing, everything else about our stay was TERRIBLE!! To begin with we were given the incorrect code to the house, so after a long flight with 3 kids who needed to go to bed so they could go to their grandmother's funeral the next day, we were locked out in the coldband rain and not able to get in. Called the phone number that was provided only to be hung up on multiple times!!! After an hour in the cold and speaking to 7 different people before finally getting a manager to give us a correct code to enter the house. Then listened to a pounding noise in the master bedroom every 3-5 minutes the ENTIRE time we were there. This noise could be heard in the basement as well. For a light sleeper this is a nightmarish situation! One of the secondary bedrooms looks like the ceiling is caving in and could fall in completely at any minute. Both washing machines were left with dirty laundry and water left in them from a previous renter. As I said previously the view was great, however there were NO window covering curtains in the bedrooms for when you wanted to sleep, and the lights from the ships were quite BRIGHT! After this experience I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND any Vacasa rentals!!
