Welcome to the cozy and beautiful "The Gales on Lake Superior". The Gales is nestled upon the water's edge overlooking Lake Superior and provides stunning views of the sunrises and sunsets on the glistening waters of Lake Superior. It's located at the headwaters of the popular Northshore!

PROPERTY
This two (2) level Gales with cedar and bluestone highlights throughout has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one half bath, quality linens, and is outfitted with comfortable and luxury class Stearns and Foster mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The Gales has everything you need to relax and listen to the waves for a private and up-close experience. Fully air-conditioned to make your stay comfortable on those warm days and an electric fireplace in the lower level for cozy warmth on a cold day. The property has board games, life vests, beaches towels, and other necessities for a wonderful stay.

BEDROOMS & SLEEP
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and is outfitted with comfortable and luxury class queen size Stearns and Foster mattress for a restful night's sleep on a modern platform bed. The master bedroom has a full bathroom, large closet, and Roku Smart TV. In In the bluestone lower level there is two (2) additional bedrooms both with modern queen-sized beds outfitted with comfortable luxury class Stearns and Foster mattresses for a wonderful rest. Each bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV's for a personal streaming experience.

KITCHEN & BREAKFAST BAR
The kitchen and breakfast bar is fully equipped with stunning views of Lake Superior from the main floor kitchen, dining and living room. A walkout deck overlooks Lake Superior and offers a relaxing and refreshing spot for morning coffee on the lounge furniture. It is stocked with a KEURIG one-cup coffee maker with stocked variety of coffee flavors, basket of snacks, toaster, blender, silverware, glasses, icemaker, and all your daily kitchen cooking items and dishes. There is a dining area next to the kitchen.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level features a walkout patio, a den couch area with an electric fireplace, a full bathroom, two (2) bedrooms, and a washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR PATIO & DECK
There are three (3) patios and decks. A lower-level walkout fieldstone patio offers outdoor lounge furniture, accent lighting, a gas grill, and a gas patio flute heater to keep everyone comfortable while providing beautiful ambiance on a lake evening. The main floor offers a walkout deck from the living room. The lower grass terrace, just feet from the shore, offers lounge chairs with sparkling views of the moon rise over the water or the warm glow from the fire pit. Firewood is stacked and onsite for your free use. This terrace is situated on an 8’ overlook providing stunning views with stair access to the water. On calm days, take the kayak/paddle board combos (2 available from May-Sept) down to the water and glide across the clear lake for a refreshing recharge.

SMART TV & INTERNET
The Gales is equipped with Roku Smart TV's to live steam free content or connect the Roku TV to your paid subscription services. The Roku Smart TV's have a "Guest Mode" that allows you to identify your check in and out dates and the Roku Smart TV will automatically log you out of your subscription services on your departure date. Once you walk into the property, tabletop placards will identify the passcodes to connect your device(s) to free high-speed internet.

LOCATION
The Gales is located at the headwaters of the popular and busy Northshore of Lake Superior while located close to the canal, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown Duluth. It is located only two (2) blocks from Brighton Beach Park (Kitchi Gammi) and Lester River Park for great hiking or mountain biking. Grocery store within two (2) blocks. The Gales, on the lakeside of London Road (which can become busy in the tourist season), is one of the two units in this up and down Villa. PL 22-012.
