This villa offers everything your heart desires: top location in Cape Coral's beautiful and prestigious Rose Garden district and south facing with frontal water views over the entire idyllic basin. Boaters will appreciate the excellent boating location near the river.

You will find plenty of space on two floors, as well as on the large pool deck with an additional Tiki Hut lounge area. Experience the first wow factor upon entering the villa: the living and dining area offers plenty of space and an incredible view of the pool area and the expansive basin. This view is hard to beat. The living room area gets connected to the terrace by opening the large sliding doors. You can prepare a cocktail or coffee in the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine available!) and then find your perfect place to relax in the beautiful outdoor area. On hot summer days, the pool is a welcome way to cool off. The small water features and the view create a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Blue water as far as the eye can see!

The pool area offers, in addition to the dining table and lounge area, plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ grill for those great barbecue evenings. The beautiful pool deck is laid out in attractive natural stone; the pool was recently renovated and equipped with glass tiles in a modern design. It's is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes
The villa has a professional insect spray system around the terrace.

At the boat dock (with lift, on request) directly on the water you will find seating to enjoy the sunsets as best as possible. Dolphins and manatees pass by here all the time. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

A special highlight for kids and game fans: the game room with a billiard table, darts and fooseball = uninterrupted fun is guaranteed for hours. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. Apple TV is available on the living room TV.

In total, Key West offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Enough space to spend a vacation with two families. Thanks to the many areas inside and out, everyone can find their own place to relax.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Great family getaway

Everything about this property was as good if not better as described and it proved to be the perfect place for our family getaway. Our kids (6 and 9) loved the spaciousness of the house, the games in the garage and especially the patio/pool area and were happy to spend all day there playing without ever feeling like they needed to go anywhere else to keep having fun. Would highly recommend both the property and the managers, who were great to work with throughout the entire process, to anyone!

Wonderful and magical stay in Cape Coral

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. It was everything the listing stated but even more beautiful than the photos can provide. We caught beautiful fish off the dock in the evenings and boated to Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva during the days. The pool and spa were enjoyed by everyone and the bedroom location and sizes allowed everyone to have their own separate quiet areas to unwind from the daily escapades. We travel from Colorado every year and have already shared with our friends who are already looking to come down and experience the same enjoyment that we received from this beautiful canal home. Thank you again! P.S. Rosie was a sweetheart! ❤️

Relax at the Spectacular Villa Key West VRBO!

Villa Key West is a large, lovely, well-appointed rental home located right on the water offering spectacular views. This home feels comfortable and luxuriously private. The coastal style of decorating felt fresh and relaxing. The home is spacious offering a beautiful open-air concept from the moment you enter the premises out to the waterfront. Stepping outdoors delivers you onto the gorgeous patio with a heated saltwater pool, covered outdoor dining area, comfortable "tiki" hut and outdoor kitchen area. Then.... on down to the docks to the sunbathing chaises where sunrise AND sunset can be enjoyed! There is also a great slip for your boat. The size of the indoor kitchen was fabulous offering quality cabinets, extra-large island and nice appliances. Bedrooms are great and luxury bathrooms are superior. We were very pleased with the house hosts/managers who provided outstanding customer service. Villa Key West is a fabulous VRBO!! Constructive feedback but still rating this home top-notch is as follows: - Washer & dryer are old and need updated - Outdoor kitchen is in need of exterior lighting - Kitchen Pantry Door needs replaced. Would be lovely made to match same high quality of the kitchen cabinets.

Relaxing getaway in a great Cape Coral location

Picture perfect weather for our 8 days! Lovely pool area with a 2 story lanai. Dock area was a must in the late afternoon to catch a breeze or see the dolphins! House delivered as promised! Lovely stay!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We took our adult kids, spouses and grandchildren age 4 and 10 months on this vacation. It was a great home with 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The pool area is fantastic and very large. It looked out on a large canal area not like the typical canals in the area. The pool was in the sun all day which was perfect and what we always look for. There were pool floats and toys. We did go to the beach and they provided 2 beach chairs. We would have loved an umbrella with the baby with us. There was a sand bucket and shovels for the 4 year old. The kitchen was large and very well appointed. We never used the grill but they have one. There is a bathroom right off the pool which is convenient. The house was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The only thing we could say is that getting to any beach on the gulf is a 35-45 minute drive over bridges that can back up. There was a charge at the end of our stay with the electricity used heating the pool which was a new thing for us with VRBO rentals. The management company was wonderful and very prompt with any questions we had.

Perfect

The house was perfect. Only 4 adults and a 4 yr old and was ideal. Everyone had their own space and 2 sitting/tv rooms were perfect for 2 families. The location is great. Watched the manatees and even seen a few dolphins. The property manager Patricia was excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend this home for your family.

Beautiful location , beautiful home with all the amenities!

Perfect setting with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The owner was always available to answer questions, give advice for dinning etc. Home is very clean and accommodating.

Great Family home!

We stayed at the Pelican with our family of 5. Kids 18,16, and 9. Lots of space to spread out for everyone. Great neighborhood and home was super clean. Only thing that would have made the property perfect would have been paddleboards and bikes. We ended up renting them in town and loved every minute of the vacation.

Amazing property and comfortable home. Just as pictured!

The home was well appointed and easily fit our family with plenty of extra space. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai, pool, hot tub, and two person kayak, as well as utilized the outdoor grill. We did rent a car, but its close proximity to stores, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel made for easy trips. We did have a hiccup with the AC but the house manager quickly sent someone for repair and the issue was resolved within the same afternoon. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

The pictures of the property do not do this place justice! It was very clean, a beautiful setting, and a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very nice and accommodating! I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Awesome property

Wonderful property in upscale neighborhood. High end finishes and everything you might need was to be found in the home. Very clean with fabulous pool area. Extremely quiet and private. Would definitely rent again.

Great property for fun in the sun

Property definitely lived up to the listing and expectations. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Very clean and well equipped. Heated pool/spa was great. Master suite was huge with awesome en suite. Only thing I would add is a handrail on the steps to the dock, they are a little tricky. Full sun all day and great views of the boats going by all day to the gulf. Property management was great, would rent with them again.

Just a Fantastic Place to Spend a Vacation

Top to bottom, this house made for one fantastic stay. There was nothing about this place, from the superior cleanliness to the management, to the location that did not exceed our expectations. I read most of the reviews before reserving this house and I was surprised to read that someone had remarked that the house was even better than the pictures indicated. After having spent eight wonderful days in this house, I would whole-hardheartedly agree that the pictures online do not fully convey how wonderful this house is. From the manatees that swam close (sometimes within two or three feet from our dock), to the spa and pool, to the solitude, this rental was a home run. The house is controlled by three thermostats, which allows more efficient energy control. There are indoor and outdoor speakers that we used to pipe soft beach music into the living area and out near the pool from morning til night. The grounds are meticulously landscaped with large palm trees and flowering vegetation that also add to the overall laid back vibe of the property. The house is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac, which minimizes surrounding noise, but yet we were still surprised at just how quiet the area is. Again, everything exceed our expectations. I cannot say enough about the management company and the house itself. Before leaving we had already started to engage in early conversations about when we might want to return. I am certain that in due time we will.

Perfect Beach House

This property brought vacationing to a whole new level. Spacious house, perfectly decorated for the beach vibe. Wonderful lanai, beautiful master bedroom. We loved that the spa had a separate thermostat so it was truly a hot tub. Loved having champagne every morning on the dock. Can't wait to go back. Patricia was awesome for check in and check out.

Very nice house in a safe and clean neighborhood.

The rental process was smooth. I did think it was wired that we paid for electricity and cleaning but where still asked to do house hold laundry prior to check out. In the end it was nicer to have the towels and linings in the home than have to bring our own.

Great villa

Impressive property - photos don't do it justice, it feels much bigger. Location is great and support from Coral Villa was excellent. One thing we weren't expecting, which wasn't in the original villa description or the booking confirmation is that the electricity comes out of your security deposit
