Amazing little spot

Everything was great! The pool was not enclosed and the sauna didn’t work but other than that I have ZERO complaints! Close to everything! I would stay there again!

Property manager needs to work on his communication skills

If you are renting this property you have to pay the electric bill something that I never had to do before on any other property. House is old beds are comfortable.

Great place conveniently close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanabel Island.

Love staying in the home. We are use to staying in hotels and resorts. This year we decided to check our Vrbo. Very good choice pool was great having it all to our self. No time limit swim when you want. Did have beach close by, but what was nice we were centrally located where we could visit several islands and beach. Husband was able to fish more often and canal he fished in early mornings and evenings. Beautiful place and hope to return and we would stay in same place. Eric was a great host. Any issues was taking care of.

Nice house centrally located in Cape Coral

This is a very nice and clean house that is right in the middle of Cape Coral and close to everything. We loved the fact there was so much to do and everything was just a few minutes drive. The pool was wonderful, it is heated and the water was perfect. The property manager is extremely nice and responded promptly to our requests. There were just a few drawbacks, the house is at the end of a canal, so fishing wasn’t very good. And the house does not have a dock, the dock in the pictures belongs to the neighbors house. When we arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working, we called the property manager and he responded quickly, he even had an AC repair man come out to the house that evening to check it out! The air conditioner never did cool the house down properly, the temp pretty much stayed between 76-78 but the property manager gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I think the house just needs a new (or bigger) AC unit to combat the brutal Florida sun. Overall we had a great stay, and we would stay here again!

Not as expected

I was looking for a house with a pool cage and there was damage from the hurricane, but the property manager said it would be repaired before my vacation. I showed up and no pool cage! The sauna that was advertised did not work, there were not enough towels so I had to purchase some. The patio set by the water was so rusted out that we could not sit on it, two people from our group were scratched by the chairs. The master door wall blinds were broken, and the door wall led out to the patio so there was no privacy, we had no internet as we were given the wrong password, but when that was figured out the internet kept going out. The kitchen light switch broke so we had to have the light on 24/7, the manager came to look at it but didn’t have tools and said he would be back the next day, but we never saw him again. Then expect to get an electric bill! After all the issues I had, that was just the icing on the cake

Great location but in desperate need of tlc

The outside was what we wanted but there were many issues with pests/aunts indoors. Multiple things broken and not functioning properly. Had to contact owner many times as house seemed very neglected.

Enjoyed my stay

Enjoyed my stay but never in the history of renting did I ever have to pay for the electricity and water that I used. Honestly I overlooked it on the website as it was lost in all the details of the place. It was really unpleasant after a long trip with tired kids to have to wait and meet up with the property management to open and do a walk through with you. The guy was nice and attentive and the place was nice but definitely the sheets in the master weren't 100% clean as I am sensitive to dog hair and had terrible allergies also when he saw the amount of kids his vibe changed quick and got serious like if we were going to make a mess out the place which we left cleaner than anyone that has stayed im sure. Overall I had a good experience.
