Beautiful villa only steps to the beach with new resort-style pool, spa and outdoor living space. With six bedrooms, 7 full baths and two half bathrooms, the villa is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates twelve guests. With over 5,000 square foot of living space and 2,000 square foot of decks, you will enjoy the amazing ocean views, gourmet kitchen, multiple dining table options, convenient elevator and abundant seating areas to gather together - or find a quiet space on your own!. Located on a quiet street, it is less than a minute walk from the newly constructed beach walkway and a few minutes from Wild Dunes resort.

The backyard is the location of a large sports pool with a tanning ledge and spa. Both the pool and the spa can be heated for the additional charge list below. Lounge chairs are available on the tanning ledge, the travertine deck or on the shaded veranda. Comfortably furnished, the veranda has a large screen TV, see through fireplace, bar and a grill. Through the door, the ground floor features ample parking and a finished garage area for ping pong and darts.

The first floor of this villa is where you will find four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom on this floor. Enjoy watching TV on the 84" smart TV, plug in for video gaming, enjoy the stereo system, play a game, put together a puzzle or enjoy a snack from the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave.

Head on up to the top floor of the reverse floor plan design, take in the stunning ocean views and enjoy the multitude of seating areas, inside and out. With an open floor plan that features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, oversized kitchen island, wet bar with icemaker, an expansive living room and a large dining table there is plenty of seating for everyone. Two ocean facing balconies also provide a sitting area, a swing bed, outdoor dining table table and table for the kiddos. This level also features a large master suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area, fireplace, and private balcony. The newest addition is a bunkroom with four twin xl bunkbeds and an ensuite bathroom.

On the rooftop deck you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets with unobstructed views of the ocean. Sneak up after dark to experience incredible star gazing or spend the afternoon enjoying the sunshine.

Where Else would you want to be! Create special memories and come back year after year.

Pool and Spa heating:
Pool can be heated during the months of March to October and will be heated to a maximum of 85 degrees. The cost is $150/day with a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
Spa can be heated year round to a maximum temperature of 102 degrees. The cost per day is $100/day.
When both the pool and spa are heated the cost is $175/day.

Amazing stay at "Where Else" for our girls trip, we loved it!

Where Else was perfect in every way. The location was near the airport and downtown Charleston. Beach access was only steps away. The house amenities were everything you would want including private pool, hot tub, elevator, private baths in every room, and multiple hang out locations. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware to ensure we could prepare meals for the group. We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, whether by the pool, swinging on the deck, or enjoying the view from the top deck. Our stay was everything we dreamed of and more!

No where else but Where Else!

We had an incredible stay at Where Else on Isle of Palms! The home was beautifully updated, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. And the views were spectacular! We especially loved the private pool, the relaxing outdoor space, and the bonus game area. Emily, the property manager, was fantastic, as well as Connie, the owner, who was a pleasure to work with. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. This is by far one of the best homes we’ve rented on Isle of Palms. We’re already planning to come back as repeat guests!

Girlfriends Trip

There were eight of us staying at this beautiful home and we had a fantastic time. We all absolutely loved this home, We have all stayed at plenty of vacation rental homes and never have we found there to be such high quality amenities. Of course the home was large and lovely... and the decor was fresh and modern. The kitchen was well equipped with high quality pots, pans and knives -- making our "at home" meals a breeze. Everyone from the owner to the manager, Emily, were responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. All of us mentioned that they would love to bring our families back here for their next trip -- though we were lifetime friends, we all thought this woulld be a great option for a multi-generational travel experience. We hope to be back again soon!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. So many wonderful little spots to sit and look out at the ocean. The basement was fantastic. And the backyard pool had everything you’d ever want. We would love to go back and stay there again.

Beautiful house! Great location!

We love this house! The house is in a great location and is beautifully decorated. It has a well stocked kitchen with enough cooking equipment. The house manager was wonderful…always there to help with any issues. Cornhole boards were our favorite! We are sad we can’t rent it again next year…need a better system of renting it to repeat customers. Five star house!

Perfect home for family get-together at the beach

This home has it all--location, view, luxurious amenities and plenty of room for everyone from 3 to 75 to spread out. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and the pool area well designed for grilling and entertaining. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome Family Vacation at Where Else

Our family of 10, including 8 adults and two babies, spent a wonderful week at Where Else in May. The location (two minute walk to the beach), house and pool area are truly exceptional. We've rented multiple houses on IOP and at other beach locations and this is at the top of our list. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan that was perfect for our multi-generational family. The pool area is lovely and where we spent much of our time. We would happily rent here again.

Very spacious home with pool and garage, the kitchen is fabulous-2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, ice makers, huge frig and stove which makes having multiple families staying together super comfortable and easy. There is an elevator for taking groceries and luggage to upper floors. There are huge TVs all over the home, a nice porch swing with view of the ocean. Nice games for kids, even cribs and all other things you would need, the bunk room is super. The furniture is very comfortable and floor plan works great for large groups. My only suggestions for improvements would be to add a bit more silverware, as we kept running out of forks etc. Also the pillows on the beds are really big, so if you prefer a flatter smaller pillow, you may like to bring your own. The EV car charger did not adapt to my car, and was just a plug in the garage, so not really a EV car charger, so that did not work for me. You may want to post a picture of this so people can decide before they arrive and it does not work for them. I would also suggest that heating for the pool could be included as the rental price is already in a very high category. The bathrooms were great. However over all it is a perfect home!

Family vacation in South Carolina, Isles of Palms.

Our family enjoyed the best vacation on Isles of Palms. The VROB was the best we have ever stayed in. The house was just as the website pictures captured Everything was beautiful! Everyone had their own room and bathroom, they provided a lovely crib and highchair. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want or need. They had refrigerators on each floor, we never ran out of ice cubes. The pool was perfect, and great for our little ones aged 1,2 and 3 years. Loved having a bathroom with such easy access to the pool. Access to the beach was easy and super close by. The house was clean, and so comfortable! I really would recommend this house, perfect for a large family.

We had a Wonderful Family Reunion at Where Else

We gathered family from different parts of the country for our first visit to South Carolina and the Isle of Palms area. The weather was great and the home was outstanding. There was plenty of room for family members to spread out and large areas where we could gather for a meal or play games. The house is decorated beautifully with high end appliances as well as bathroom fixtures. The pool, spa and back yard were amazing. We enjoyed the newly added wooden walk way which allowed for a short walk down to the ocean. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the pleasant walks along the shoreline and collecting seashells. We were able to visit the Charleston downtown area and the Aquarium which was an enjoyable time for all.

Stunning house and perfect location!

We absolutely loved renting this house with our family over Christmas. The open layout is great for our family gathering! There is plenty of seating for dinners and games as well as a smaller family area and kitchen on the first floor for those who need some quiet time and additional storage. The bedrooms are comfortable and have black out draperies - which are very appreciated for those who like to sleep in. Access to the beach is a 1 min walk away and the large balconies and crows nest offers views of the ocean. We will rent again when we return to Charleston and Isle of Palms!

Fabulous Beach House

I can't say enough great things about this house! We stayed here with all four of our children and a few of their friends and had such a great time. The house has so much room and is so well equipped. The pool, hot tub and outdoor patio are an added bonus. In addition to the wonderful house, the owner is also great. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome during your stay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent home and great service

We have stayed at many homes on IoP and this one was up there with the best of them. However what separates it from others is the level of service. The check in process including an app to open garage door was super easy. There was a welcome bottle of wine. The few issues we had were addressed immediately and the owner even called to follow up during the week. Also, for a second row home the views of the beach were amazing. The pictures on line don’t do it justice.

Isle of Palms Beauty

Our family enjoyed our stay at "Where Else" tremendously. The house was spacious and well appointed. We had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of areas to gather together. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard pool and spent more time there than on the beach. Management was quick to respond whenever we reached out. I would highly recommend "Where Else" for anyone planning a family vacation to Isle of Palms.

Amazing Week!

We loved our stay at Where Else. The house was even better than advertised! The layout was great and everything we needed was stocked. We enjoyed the house so much that we rarely left! We could have used one more bedroom instead of the bunk room which would be our only reason to not rebook. And I know it’s common for properties to charge to heat pools and hot tubs but it does seem a little silly to have a hot tub that you charge extra to heat. However, the process was easy!

World Class Luxury!!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental property! My family had the best time spending our mornings on the deck sipping coffee with the ocean and our afternoons/evenings pool side watching Golf and playing cards. This house is perfect for big groups. There is so much room for everyone to have their own space. The house was also filled with beautiful furniture, gorgeous art, and every possible appliance you could ever need. If you have a big family trip in your future, this is the #1 house in all of Isle of Palms!!
