No detail has been spared in making this 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1925 cottage the perfect home-away-from-home in downtown Belton. Aside from the ultra-convenient location (just a short walk from campus) you'll love the private fenced-in backyard with patio and at-home comforts like high-speed internet and a soaking tub. Choose to spend your days relaxing in the backyard, exploring campus & downtown, or cruising the waters at Lake Belton. The house is located in the historic district, a short walk to campus & downtown. The neighborhood has beautiful old houses, is safe, and quaint. There is a railroad a few blocks over but it’s not very noticeable.

Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Belton

Tanner and Kat have a gem in historic Belton, Texas! We immediately felt at home in this beautiful cottage! The hosts have thought of everything a traveler needs and the location was perfect!

Great location, lovely home

We stayed the weekend for our daughter’s equestrian show and loved the house. Very clean, exactly as listed and hosts were great at staying in contact in case anything was needed. Will definitely be back.

Great Stayq

We will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. This place was clean, had plenty of room for our family (3 young kids) and was reasonably priced. It met all of our needs and even had a small container of toys which entertained kids in the evening before bed time. We appreciate how well kept this place was and hope others enjoy it as much as we did.

Marvelous stay!

We loved this rental! A lot of history which made it charming. It was clean, spacious, and had a lot of amenities. The host was very kind and quick to reply. Yep, would definiately stay here again and would also highly recommend.

Stayed for two nights. Cute place. Train noise was surprizing. Netflix NOT complimentary (guest uses personal sign in). Overall, well maintained and located near things to do.

Excellent Home and Host!

The location is perfect, quiet and close to everything you need/want. The house is older and has been beautifully remodeled. The host was very attentive and anticipated what we needed for a comfortable stay. We plan on staying again when we return!

Wonderful Cottage

Girls Holiday Shopping Weekend in Salado/Belton

I planned a weekend shopping trip for myself and a few besties. We're all from the surrounding area and needed a place to stay for one night. This was PERFECT - everything about it was PERFECT. It is located in Belton, just off the main street and right up the highway from Salado. We had the best time!

Our stay at this bungalow was wonderful! Easy to access, very clean, we felt welcomed and at home from the moment we stepped into the home. Tanner was great in communicating. Our only complaint is that we had to leave!

Super clean and great location!

I stayed there with my mom and sister. The house was very clean and in a good location. We loved the historical aspects of the house and appreciated all the modern amenities. We used the back patio every night we were there. Exactly as described on the website😀

This was the first house we lived in together as a married couple. We loved the character of the house and how close it was to the UMHB campus and downtown Belton.

Even though we are situated in the middle of Belton the backyard feels secluded and private. We are also only 10 min from the Expo Center, 15 min from downtown Salado, 2 min from UMHB, and 3 min from downtown Belton.
