Wake up to ocean sunrises in the Royal Atlantis Suite - a 1315 sq ft, 3 BD, 2 and 1/2 baths condo right on the beach. Bed linens and 8 bath towel sets are included for your convenience. With an open floor plan you can enjoy breathtaking views from either of your TWO private balconies, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Also stunning views of the bay from the second bedroom's large bay window.
Enjoy central A/C, free WIFI and a 65" Smart TV with Direct TV and a Blu-Ray DVD. You'll love the well-equipped kitchen, especially with all NEW appliances.
This condo sleeps 8 comfortably, including a queen sleep-sofa in the living room.

Great views of the ocean and the bay. We loved having 2 balconies and the furniture/decor. It was very clean and the host provided a lot of little touches to make guests comfortable (example, 4-port USB chargers on both nightstands in our bedroom). A lot of extras were included that might not have been elsewhere for a property like this, such as sheets, towels, TP, laundry supplies, and more. It was great having close access to Coastal Highway and therefore the entire area.Absolutely perfect stay and the host was very friendly and helpful via text messages. We'd love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was great and the unit had a beautiful view. The beach was not too crowded, but the ocean was very rough during my stay. A beach-bar restaurant was just steps away, which was a plus. Only issue was that the dishwasher was not working. Someone was supposed to call to come fix it, but no one ever called or came.

Terri was a great host! The check in and out of the place was explained well and super easy. The place is a great location. We had amazing views of the ocean and the bay which allowed us to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and the would definitely book again.

The perfect location!

This is an end unit with two open balconies with beautiful ocean views. It has easy access and plenty of parking. The condo had all the amenities as described in the listing and I loved that linens and towels were included. Terri was super attentive and responsive to our questions. Would definitely go back again!

A Diamond in the Rough

My family looked forward to a vacation at Ocean City for quite some time. I was so happy to come across Terri's listing. Her condo was spacious and beautifully decorated giving a warm, welcoming feeling and fun beach vibe! As a family of 5, it has been important that my 3 kids (ages 12, 17 and 19) get their own space, and this condo hit the mark! Located on the 18th floor, there were gorgeous views of the ocean off of TWO balconies, one located off the living room and another located off the master bedroom. Our daughter's room also had a stunning view of the bay! We were literally took a few short steps to reach the beach! My children also enjoyed the onsite outdoor pool. There were restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and ice cream locations right by the condo. We had so much fun and made many memories. Terri was so helpful during the entire booking process. She was available for questions at any time throughout the booking and did a fantastic job keeping in touch. If we return to OC again, I know where my family is booking! Hands down, the best experience I could have ever asked for! Thank you Terri!

Absolutely loved our stay! Terri was wonderful and responded quickly! The pool is clean and has a 2ft section so my youngest was able to swim on his own! The view is beautiful! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be staying here again when we go back!

Perfect beach getaway….

We had such a perfect week! Location was great- far enough away from the crowds, a short drive from the water park, mini golf, the movie theater ( for rainy days) and-of course- the boardwalk!!!! Birds Eye view of sunrise AND sunset. And then there’s the beach- steps to sand and pool. Something for everyone!See you next year

Fantastic Stay!!!!!

My wife and i had a great little get away with friends in this cozy condo. Terri the property manager made check in and check out a breeze. The property was clean and had all the necessary appliances for a fantastic stay. If I had to give one minor suggestion it would be to have more than one roll of TP in each bathroom. Overall a 10 out of 10 if your in the OC area.

I have to give this stay a 5 star. Communication with the owner was excellent. She is so helpful and kind - responds quickly. The condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, tidy, and a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay so much and definitely plan on coming back! Highly recommend

RENT THIS CONDO!!!

This condo building is right on the beach-about100th block of Ocean City MD. The condo is on the 18th floor - wonderful views of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other side. The check-in process was so simple – register the car with security on the first floor with plenty of parking both in front or back of the building; excellent communication with the condo owner both overall, and for entry into the condo. There are two balconies to enjoy-one on the ocean side in the living room and another in the one bedroom. Both main bedrooms are master suites with their own private bath. The one on the ocean side has huge windows with an amazing view to the bay. The third bedroom is charming with a set of bunkbeds and there is a powder room in the hallway, which works well as a bathroom for that bedroom. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed with wide counter with area for eating, as well as an actual dining table. Condo is decorated with a typical ocean theme, which I really like when I’m on vacation at the beach. We loved the location - restaurants we enjoy were close by, two different grocery stores were close by, as well as Sensations and other stores that we visit while we’re there. Take the elevator down from your room, walk out into the parking area and you come up on the beautiful pool – it really is the nicest pool I saw in the area. Walk past the pool and you follow a private path to the beautiful beach. WE LOVED OUR STAY!

Family Vacation

It is obvious from the moment you walk into this condo that you are a special guest invited into this persons home. You are welcomed with notes and gifts of hospitality. The condo is spotless and decorated beautifully. The spaciousness of it lends itself to private time for everyone. I mention this because we were there with our grandchildren who happen to be two sets of twins. This is a very special place to stay.We hope to be back next year. Beautiful condo

This condo was exactly how the pictures portrayed. Condo very well decorated and very bright and cheerful . On arrival at check in time the keys were not in the key-box at the condo but Terri answered me immediately and contacted security to give us access . A great place to call home for a week. !!

A awesome place to enjoy ocean city

We made a great decision staying here. Lots of room inside the condo. You get a awesome view of the ocean and the bay. Parking was always easy and available. You are right on the ocean so it cant be any easier than that. No complaints about anything. The owner was always responsive about any questions or concerns. If we go back we already know we would stay here again.

Girls Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful girls vacation in OCMD! We loved our condo, views, access to the beach, and it was close to attractions and restaurants. The condo was very beachy, clean, homey, and provided us with everything we needed to make for our week away. We highly recommend this condo and the owner was amazing!! We hope to be back again soon.

Great location!

Property was in a great location with beach and ocean views. Our downfall was the weather. Nothing to do with the property at all. Terri was great and answered any and all questions very promptly! Would highly recommend!

Clean and updated condo

The condo was very clean and updated (just like pictures show). Everything we needed was there. Great views of ocean and bay. Terri was awesome, sending all the needed information prior to our arrival. Highly recommend.
