With a large, enclosed yard and private feeling, you’ll feel far away from it all, yet you’re just minutes from all of Santa Fe’s cultural and natural attractions. Start the day with coffee or end it with a cocktail on the upper deck, which offers spectacular mountain views.

Inside, you’ll find a space bursting with character - Venetian plaster walls, travertine floors, custom antique doors, crystal chandeliers, stone countertops, tall French doors, and an updated kitchen and baths all combine to make the space completely unique. The chef will love the view from the kitchen - and the full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Everyone can dine together at the large table before stepping out to explore. If no one feels like cooking, you’re minutes from the famed Clafoutis Bakery, where all your French pastry dreams come true.

After a day of exploring, you’ll find lots of spaces both inside and out to relax. Get cozy in front of the fireplace inside and stream your favorite shows, or step outside and gather on the covered patio. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner, and get the outdoor fireplace crackling for added ambiance. Extra perks of this lovely home include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central AC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
