Welcome to Solana Beach! This corner unit condo is right on the cliffs in Solana Beach, which means you have drop dead gorgeous views of the ocean and the coastline to the south! This is a 1 bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa in the living room, to accommodate 4 people total. The complex also has a pool and jacuzzi, and direct access to public stairs that lead straight down to the beach! This truly is a special place that offers a great opportunity for you to enjoy it!

Stunning view & lovely stay

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was a great space for our family! Evan was very communicative, organized and had everything ready for us to enjoy our stay! The place had everything that we needed. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and felt like a really great central location for driving to all of our activities and outings. Thank you, Evan, for letting us use your wonderful space!

Wonderful California Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Solana Beach. It was more than we had expected as far as cleanliness and accessibility to Long Beach walks. We would highly recommend this location and we will guarantee. We will be staying there many more times in the future. Evan couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating any wish that we had.

Endless Ocean View Condo in Solana Beach

I found the unit to be exactly as described. Hearing the ocean at night was the highlight of my stay. While you are looking at the ocean, I think it's important to note the 105 stairs leading to the actual beach. Would recommend this location without hesitation. Thanks to the host, Evan.

Perfect vacation apartment

Evan’s apartment is fantastic - modern finishings and everything you need for a weeklong escape, very quiet complex in a safe area, unobstructed views from La Jolla up to Encinitas from his balcony, and multiple excellent restaurants in easy walking range (don’t miss Jake’s in Del Mar which is an easy 1.5 mile stroll along the beach from Evan’s place). There are lots of bike rental shops in Solana Beach and no shortage of places to explore on foot or bike. The host is very responsive and provided all the supplies that are often missing in rentals like coffee filters, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher tablets, etc. I’d highly recommend this apartment as my wife and I loved it here! Truly a 5/5 rental.
