Pet Friendly with Private heated Pool Home

Welcome to Two Dog retreat! Enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets, swimming in the pool and entertaining outdoors on the spacious screened in lanai. Located on a quiet street close to a dead end, reducing traffic. You will have the best of both worlds at this pet-friendly, family-friendly home in Punta Gorda. Shopping, restaurants, golf, and other amenities are a few miles away.

You will enjoy BBQing on the lanai or cooking on all new appliances in the kitchen. Dine on the lanai, in the formal dining room, at the breakfast bar. TVs with streaming capability, including Hulu, are located on the lanai (50”), in the family room (55”), and main bedroom (43”) giving you and your family room to spread out. The living room allows for quiet time to read a book or play a game of chess, while others watch a movie in the family room.

If you decide to head to one of the many beaches close by, don’t forget the beach chairs available for your use. When you return, cool off in the central AC or head back outside for a dip in the pool.

Having recently purchased this home, you will enjoy new furniture (in and out), appliances, updated lighting, new beds (2 queen, 2 twin), and linens. Other updates include a new pool heater, new roof and new washer/dryer.

Parking Notes: One space in the garage with two spaces in the driveway.

Pet notes: All pets welcome at no additional fee, up to 2 max, remember to select “Yes” to pets. If you would like to bring more pets, please contact us.

Very thoughtful host

Great place, pool and lanai were amazing. Loved watching March madness from the pool. Amanda has everything you could need and is a very thoughtful host. Ypu will love it!

Wonderful Stay!!!

We had an amazing stay thus week at Amanda's rental. We were in the area visiting family and it gave us a great way to spend it with them. The house was very spacious, extremely clean and was stocked with a lot of things. The pool and lanai were a highlight of our days. Because of the red tide happening at the beaches we spent a lot of time poolside. Amanda was an extremely helpful host who was always quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood was great, we had our dogs with us and enjoyed taking walks everyday- everyone we met was super friendly. I would not hesitate staying at Amanda's rental again and woukd certainly recommend 😊.

vacation with a home feel

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. This place is very clean, well stocked with items and extras....including a welcome basket! We so enjoyed the outdoor pool area with the TV....so nice to be outside in the evenings. The neighbors on both sides and across the street were friendly. As well, when we walked the streets every morning with our dogs....we met people in the neighborhood and got to know some! The owner answered our emails promptly when we had questions. We would definetly would return to rent here. :)

We felt like queens!

Wonderful house that we enjoyed immensely. Sitting on the lanai drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening made us feel like royalty. The pool was a little too cold, even with the heat cranked up, so we couldn’t enjoy that as much as we’d anticipated. The entire house is laid out perfectly because there’s 2 bedrooms on one side and the master on the other. Perfect for guests. The neighborhood is very nice except for the house across the street because there’s a car with a flat tire in the driveway and occasional noise from them. Otherwise, the neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The house is close to Winn Dixie, Bealls, Dollar Tree, restaurants, etc. I’m hoping we can stay again next year!

What am amazing trip and host!

We had the best time. This house is truly amazing. Not only beautiful but so clean. Has a touch of retro which I love on top of such a beach feel. Amanda the owner is on top of it. So helpful and responds right away. The neighborhood was very nice and kept up. The neighbors were also amazing. My mom is handicap and this house was perfect for us. Plus pet friendly that’s a huge plus for us. The drive to the beaches was very doable but we only made it once as the house was beyond enough with the beautiful pool and seating area. I love all the sliding doors and the window bar area from the kitchen. We had some family members who live in Florida over and cooked out on the grill. We hadn’t been on a vacation in years and it was our first time taking our 20 month old on vacation. This house is not only the perfect get away for a couple but also so family friendly. We hope to be invited back in September. As we were leaving the neighbors came out to tell us goodbye and to travel safely. I told them we would definitely be back. They were excited. The neighborhood is quiet just like at home with some kids playing in the background. Everyone smiled and waved as we took our nightly walks. I think most people in the area have dogs so that’s also a plus. I can not tell you enough about this house. It was warm and very inviting. Plus a fun gift waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you again Amanda for such a wonderful experience and vacation. I don’t know you but feel like you are family. Hope you enjoy your Costco trips! Much Love, Jes, Matt, Jeanne and Sophia
