Our stay could not have been more perfect. The home was just as pictured. The pool was crystal clear and the pool heater was so appreciated since we had several chilly days during our stay. The location is so close to restaurants and shopping so when we needed something it was just a short drive away. Both Greg and Annie were fantastic hosts. Greg kept us updated on all details in prep for our stay and Annie checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had all we needed we will definitely rebook the next time we are in town. Thank you!

Spotless, convenient, and easy

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group. Communication with the host was easy and fast. No issues at all, everything in good working order, clean, and comfortable.

Very comfy house and pool

House was very clean. Pool and pool area was great. Pool was heated so allowed us to use it on some cooler days. Only slight drawback was a very busy firestation around the corner. Which made for some siren noise otherwise a great rental. minus is a fire station around

The home more than met expectations. It was clean, beautiful and had everything I needed. The pool was outstanding. The location is very convenient. Communication, check in and check out were seamless. This will be my go-to place in Punta Gorda.

This house was perfect from top to bottom! The location of the house was just minutes away from stores and restaurants which we really liked after a long day of swimming. The pool area was by far our favorite part of the house, we spent a lot of time in that pool and loved the fact that it was heated (we older ones like that) and super clean. The washer and dryer was a nice amenity as well so we didn’t have to take a suitcase of wet dirty close home. The best part is we knew our host and manager were just a phone call away if we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely return to this beautiful home.

New, unique architecture stying inside. High vaulted ceilings with skylights. Big open area. Dog run fenced in with own doggie door. Newer, all new furniture, heating cooling system.
