This recently renovated, beautiful two bedroom villa is located on the waterway, close to the quiet North beach of Jolly Harbour. The ground floor is an open space offering a comfortable living room and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances. A washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor. The patio just off of the living area is also well equipped for family dining or entertaining.

The upper floor has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have shower rooms. This villa is fully air conditioned, and offers cable television, and WIFI Internet.

Jolly Harbour is a gated community with 24 hour security. The site offers many amenities such as white sandy beaches, pool, tennis courts, golf course, pharmacy, shopping, and much more.

Making Memories

Decided to visit Antigua with my bestie, rented this villa to be close to friends that were also vacationing there. Clean, convenient, relaxing vacation with all necessary amenities!

Comfortable stay close to quiet North Beach!

The villa was spacious and quiet with a comfortable king size bed on the water. We enjoyed spending our mornings/evenings on the patio overlooking the harbour. Beware there are absolutely NO basic amenities ie. toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, cooking oil, salt, pepper or any common spices. No BBQ utensils or cleaning utensils. Stove only worked for one day even though we called the property management company to come repair it went out again the next day then we didn't bother again. BBQ is very small but we made do because we had no other choice. Price was a bit high for what it was. Bring as much as you can from home the grocery store is very expensive for pretty much everything! Great location on the north finger minutes walking to North Beach which we had to ourselves most days we visited and very quiet. Lots of restaurants to choose from inside and outside of Jolly Harbour. Golf cart recommended to get around. Property management did not follow through with what they had told us - no taxi waiting for us at airport with our name, no one was there to check us in and we had no idea what to do but luckily the neighbours were next door (and friendly!) so they let us use their wifi to contact someone to come let us in, said they would send a repair man for the stove and it took 3 days plus us reminding them to send one over.

Villa idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette villa avec en plus un ponton pour notre bateau. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Great spot in jolly harbour

Lovely location in jolly harbour. There is a small beach a short walk away and the main beach is a short golf cart ride away. A golf cart is a good option if you are here for an extended stay. It makes groceries and restaurants accessible. There are 4 lovely beaches a short drive away. The accommodations were great for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the living space was comfortable. It is not fancy but very functional. A few small touches could really be helpful. The management was helpful and responsive. They were available and provided good info about the area and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay for 4 weeks. Thanks
