High-end vacation!

Eiendommen beliggende i idylliske Podobuce var helt perfekt for vår familieferie. Vi var 3 generasjoner fordelt på 7 voksne, 4 barn i alder 4-8 år, og en baby. Den består av 3 adskilte boenheter i god standard, hver bestående av 2 soverom, bad/wc og et oppholdsrom. Det er et velutstyrt stort felles kjøkken. Meget trivelig uteområde med et svømmebasseng og flere trivelige sitteplasser, både i sol og skygge under oliventrær. Det er ganske mange trapper, men det fungerte fint for barna. Kort, men bratt vei til en liten fin strand med en enkel restaurant. Ca. 15. minutters kjøretur til supermarked i Orebić. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt vertskap. Oppholdet overgikk våre forventninger.

Glorious residence!

Beautiful house surrounded by olive trees. Very private. The host Sanda was lovely, kind and helpful. Great place for three families with individual apartments and one common kitchen. The only negative part for us with toddlers was having to chase the small kids around, since the outdoor area has some stone steps and different nooks and hideaways for them to wander off to. Perfect for the older kids who can be left alone a bit longer. There are big supermarkets in Orebić, about 15 minutes away from the house by car. There is a beautiful little beach downhill from the house about a three minute walk downhill, but much longer uphill. Very steep and quite tough in the heat. But if you don’t want to go down to the beach, the pool is lovely with some natural shade from an olive tree. Great place, would definitely recommend! Ridiculously beautiful!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Villa Dvori, located 5 minutes up the hill from the Podobuče harbour, has gorgeous views of the Adriatic (from some areas of the property), and is peppered with olive and palm trees, rosemary and lavender bushes. It has wonderful shared outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. We enjoyed the swimming pool and table tennis. There are two villas with 3 flats with 2 bedrooms each and small sitting room. Two of flats have a shower room with a toilet as well as a separate lavatory. And, one flat has only a shower room with a toilet. In the main kitchen and sitting room, there is a lavatory. The kitchen was a good size for our family of 9. The owners, Sanda, her husband Siniša and their son Marin were so welcoming and generous; they gifted us a few bottles of their very very own wine and left us with some of the basics in the kitchen! Additionally, they very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. Thankfully, as we don’t speak Croatian, their r English is very good!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful secluded house. It is such a beautiful spot the garden is so beautiful and we had great dinners outside grilling together. The little Apartment houses were great we really had a perfectly relaxing week there.

Perfect get away for a group of 12 people

The property is much nicer than on the picture, everything is clean and modern and the garden has plenty of litle spaces with luxurious vegetation for the shadow and privacy. The little harbour 2 min away (walking) is beautiful and the water is cristal clear. Only few families enjoying the beach. The tenants are very kind and helped us in all possible ways. Everybody really enjoyed the week in this preserved environnement.

Extraordinary journey!

We were 2 families and had a wonderful week in villa Dvori. The rooms, the outside terraces, the surroundings, the pool, everything is absolutely charming and peaceful. A little paradise! The little beach of Podobuce with 2 restaurants (very simple but tasty fish) is beautiful and just a few minutes walk away (1 minute down, 10 minutes up. It's steep). If you want more (shops and other restaurants), you have to drive 15 minutes to Orebic to find them. And finally, a big thank you to Sanda (the owner), who was especially nice and helpful. A highly recommend place !

Great stay!

Fantastic home on the peninsula. In a cute little village a few minutes walk to the beach. The villa is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The apartments had good quality beds, really comfortable. The outdoor area has a few different areas to relax in, great for a large group of people. Sanda the owner is super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend it!

Wunderbare Erholung für Familie und Gruppen

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem einzigartigen Ferienhaus. Für uns Mit 2 kleinen Kindern war es perfekt: viele schöne Schattenplätze zum sitzen und einen schönen Pool mit Meerblick. Die kinderlosen unter uns waren im zweiten Haus einquartiert und konnten morgens ungestört ausschlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt und die Bucht 5 min zu Fuss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hat extra für uns einen zweiten hochstuhl besorgt und angeboten, für uns einzukaufen, weil wir spät am Abend angekommen sind. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert:)

The owners are very friendly and they did everything to make our stay pleasant. We only had a terrible experience with the Agency that rents the place, they were very unfriendly and nonresponsive specially in these hard times of corona.Will not rent through them afain.

Stunning Podobuce

Amazing holiday. The villa is stunning 3 accommodation units each with a double, twin and bathroom. Owner met us on site when we arrived and later arranged boat trips with locals. Villa is equipped with every thing you need plus extras not listed ie Kayak, ping pong table, bikes and beach toys. The location is a 5 minute walk down a very steep hill to a beautiful pebble beach, 1 local fish restaurant is in podobuce. Orebic is approx 30mins in car where you can find shops, restaurants, ferries and supermarkets. The villa is set in lots of trees to provide shade although some could do with a good prune. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by all and stunning villa

A very nice villa and a breathtaking view close to the beach and commodities. The best place to be.

If you are looking for a place in Croatia, peaceful, with sea views, close to a beach with crazy charm, close to breathtaking places and worthy of postcards … to leave with family or friends, then it is in this villa that you must go.The guests are available and very nice. They will show you a very good restaurant to eat fresh fish and will put you in contact with a person who ensures the crossing with his boat to the island of Mljet. The villa is very clean with all that is needed. Thanks again to Sanda and her daughter Mirta for welcoming us, we had an unforgettable stay!

Traumhafte Villa in Kroatien

Das Ambiente, die Ausstattung und die Vermieter sind einfach super. Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen, so dass Ruhe garantiert ist. Etwas ärgerlich ist, dass man über die Homepage einen beheizten Pool versprochen bekommt (Zitat FeWo.de: Der Außenbereich umfasst einen Garten mit privatem beheizten Pool, wo Sie sich entspannen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können): Dieser war aber leider sehr kalt und hätte für 15 € / Tag geheizt werden können. Die Temperaturanzeige meldete zwar 24 Grad - er war aber (selber nachgemessen) nur 20 Grad warm. Wenn FeWo einen beheizten Pool verspricht, erwartet man nicht einen so kühlen Pool bzw. derartige Zusatzkosten. Sollte FeWo dringend anpassen!!! Für diese Umstände können die Vermieter aber nichts !

Beautiful house in cute village

Sandra is an incredible host and we felt very welcome. The house has everything you need for 12 people . You can have barbecue play table tennis and take the Kajak or just chill at the pool. There is a little beach in walking distance and some nice trips to the nearby islands and wineyards are possible! Everything was very clean and Sandra’s homemade wine is the best!
