This newly renovated apartment with private entrance is located above a retail shop on famous Magazine St. known for boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The second-floor apartment is bright and airy with a large private rooftop deck to enjoy your morning coffee and French pastries from the best bakery in New Orleans - La Boulangerie, right next door. Enjoy sunset on the deck before you head out to one of the fabulous New Orleans restaurants within a few blocks - La Petite Grocery, Casamentos, or Dominiques just to name a few. While deciding your next adventure, enjoy relaxing in a spotless apartment with brand new furniture and fixtures, a 50" flat screen TV, cable including HBO and WiFi.

Location, Location, Location, No Car Required. You are in the heart of Uptown New Orleans on the Magazine bus line and walking distance to the St. Charles Ave. Streetcar line. We had a great stay at Louis’ place during Mardi Gras. The apartment was extremely clean and well-stocked with anything we needed. The location Uptown right on Magazine St can’t be beaten. Louis was very responsive and a great host.

This was the perfect place for us as it was walking distance to the event locations we were attending. A fun, eclectic neighborhood. The bakery next door is fantastic and Louis is a very helpful and very responsive host.

Great stay. No issues. No problems. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Like having outside area to sit and relax. The door requires you to put in code 2 times before it unlocks but no problem. Love the location w great restaurants and local watering holes in abundance. Stairs are steep to unit so be warned if you have mobility issues.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to book if you’re looking to stay in New Orleans. The apartment was very clean and had a sweet little secluded balcony. Its in such a good location. We’ve already booked it again for a future trip!!

Down here for Tulane Graduation. Very convenient to campus and right next door to La Boulangerie, one of our daughter’s favorite spots. Overall a great location and accommodation. Will stay again.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and love it every time! The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to plenty of places and quiet at night. We had a car with us this past time and never had a problem finding free street parking during Super Bowl weekend! We will definitely be renting again!
