Lovely time in an a quiet bay location next to a stretch of beach in which to wander a low tide. Weather was perfect for us and facilities were just fine. Second time for us and we will be back.

The property location was ideal for a peaceful getaway with incredible, unobstructed views of the Delaware Bay. The interior of the home was updated, comfortable and spacious for my wife and I as well as our dogs. The owner was always available with an answer to any questions that came up .... I would go back again for sure!!

Splendid out-of-the-way retreat! A rustic charmer. Perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the shore communities. Great place to spend some quiet time on the bay to read, write, sketch, etc., yet it comes with modern amenities of excellent WiFi, tv, modern kitchen and bath. We did not find it as isolated or remote as some reviewers stated. Drove to Millville, Port Norris, Fortescue, and Cape May Courthouse for any shopping and dining needed. A WAWA, the Maurice River Diner, and a pizzeria are relatively close by for local needs. Great views of the marshes and the bay. Osprey heaven!

This is an exceedingly well placed spot with a 180 view of the bay. It feels like you have the whole peninsula to yourself. The interior layout was well thought out and all the essentials were there with an exception or two (missing hairdryer). We would recommend to any of our friends.

We booked this place as a last minute rental. First, the location was a dream! Water all around and could see water for miles. Not the host fault, however way too many biting flies. We were able to sit on top porch at end of day and not get bit, as long as the wind direction was from the water. This is an older, slapped together men’s fishing shed. In other words, rough camping type men who like to fish, crab and not wash for several days would love this place! What worked well; air conditioning, refrigerator (have to make own ice with two provided ice trays), shower, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi. The microwave ovens light stayed on and kept the plate inside hot,why? This place was just not our “cup of tea”!

This house is in the most beautiful location ever. Quiet, serene and private you can definitely unwind and enjoy some relaxation. Alex is a wonderful host and will help if anything is needed. Definitely needs a good cleaning and some updating as far as linens and furniture inside and out, but I wouldn't let that stop us from coming again! Bring lots of food and essentials, because everything is far away, but that is the draw! Lovely location!

Beautiful Location

We had a great stay. The views were great. Highlight was definitely watching sunrise while drinking coffee on the porch. A really private and enjoyable stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect stay for my family and our dog. We were looking for a quiet, nature-filled, beach vacation and we were thrilled to find this spot. The wildlife was amazing and we really were right on the beach! Can't recommend enough.

We had a great time at the little house that packs a punch. The views at this property are amazing! We enjoyed watching the birds, turtles and sunrise! The lighthouse down the street was a great place to watch the sunset off the beach. Alex was very nice and responsive. We had easy check in and no problems with the Wi-Fi.
