Beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom (TLA) apartment located right in the heart of Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants and shopping.
The bus stops is right in front of the building and will take you straight to the train station. The Tuesday/Friday market is within 3 minutes on foot.

Everything you need!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The flat is convenient to shopping, has everything you need for a few weeks to months, and Natalie and her team were great!

Remote work and pleasure

They thought of everything to make stay perfect all around. Very spacious. Desk for remote work was great. Easy walk to middle of town.would definitely stay here again when we return

Modern and Clean!

I stayed here for a month and was very impressed. Bright, clean, quiet, roomy in a great location. Amazingly well equipped with every drawer full of things you didn’t even know you needed! Landlord was fantastic and would get back to me in minutes if I had a question.

Great Place

Everything was exceptional. Candy wine cokes left for my arrival. Place was perfect when I arrived and had a huge binder explaining how things work. Location perfect. Just an FYI I noticed several reviews mentioned not having AC when they were at the location in the summer. Very few places have AC in parts of Europe. This is not the US. Hotels yes but if you are renting an apartment you should check.

Brief Review

Very clean and nice property. Walking distance to downtown Kaiserslautern - so close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The place was very spacious and new furnishings. The kitchen was fully fully stocked with everything you would ever need - pots, blenders, utensils, glass storage containers, you name it. All appliances new - dishwasher and fridge hidden with cabinetry. A few things to consider before you rent - Both beds were foam, I prefer a spring mattress, so I tended to get a little hot. Some rental places change linens every two weeks (sheets and towels) and come to clean every two weeks, this place did not... so you will have to wash your sheets and towels and clean the place if you are there for a while. This place is kind of far from Ramstein Air Base (especially if there is road construction on the A6 (which there is these days). Parking is in a secure garage about 400m away. The place was great, the host was very attentive... I enjoyed my stay. I put the few things to consider here, but overall great experience.

Byron, thanks you for your feedback. We are always eager to make improvements where needed. As for the cleaning, we offer bi-weekly cleaning but your booking did not include that. I truly wish you would known, we could have most certainly added that on. I am sorry you didn’t care for the mattress but sadly spring mattresses are not typical in Europe. Over the last few years box spring beds have emerged on the market in Germany but they are still very rare. In one of our apartments I replaced the bed with a box spring bed, we would have been happy to move you there. It would have also been closer to the on-ramp for A6. Sadly, we cannot control the constructions but there are several ways to commute to Ramstein Air Base from Kaiserslautern, the quickest is through the East Gate. Two routes avoid the construction all together with all of them ranging between 18-20 minutes. Regrettably, I feel it all comes down to communication, if I would have been aware of your reasons for moving out prematurely I would have been able to elevate all of them. I sincerely hope your new accommodation suits you better and that you’ll re-consider us for future stays.

I personally was US military affiliated for over 10 years and have been a specialist in this niche for 10+ years.
