Other things to note:
1. There is a camera at the front entrance.
2. The garage separates the main house from the guest house. (The garage is not available to the guest house). The guest house shares a wall with the garage but not the main house. (no shared house walls). The back yards share a common fence that separates them.
3. You may request to use the amenities of the main house outdoor space (subject to availability and advance notice.) The main house has a pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge with in-pool loungers, a seating area with a fire table, an outdoor shower, and a 600 sq ft rooftop terrace with incredible views of the city lights!

IMPORTANT: Community rules which apply to all homeowners and guests

1. This is an exclusive community with a guard-gated entrance. Unauthorized visitors will not be allowed through.
2. Only 2 pets per residence. (We only allow dogs at our property).
3. Pets may not be left out at night.
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (6:30 in the summer)
