We loved our stay here! The house was absolutely beautiful and the outdoor space calming. Our two families enjoyed the proximity to everything and just the vibe of it all! Our hosts were great with recommendations and communication. We will definitely be back.

This is an incredible property in old Louisville. The property owners have thought hard about every room and each detail. There is plenty of space and ample supplies for every need. The decor is fitting to the area and is at the same time comfortable and elegant. A true urban oasis! I highly recommend this property and will definitely seek to rent it again when we return to the area.

A group of 8 of us went to the Bourbon and Beyond Festival and rented this VRBO for 5 nights. The host, Matt, was extremely accomodating, communicative, and helpful to us. We absolutely loved the backyard area and the ease of cooking in the kitchen and grilling. We all had a wonderful time and I would choose this home were I to visit Louisville again.

Great Stay!

This house is exactly as advertised and convenient to downtown, bourbon trail, camps Churchill downs and the freeways. Clean and updated, my wife wanted to get this kitchen moved to our house, lol. Family of 5 with plenty of space. Communication was Top Notch throughout, Matt and Melissa have a great well run property!

Great place to stay to see Louisville

Bourbon Trail Weekend Getaway

Matthew was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for our group of 8. It is a short Uber ride to Whiskey Row and downtown Louisville. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Visit to Louisville!

We absolutely loved staying in this historic home for our annual girls trip!! Mathew & Melissa have done an amazing job with this house - plenty of space, comfortables beds and great bathrooms, and a fabulous large kitchen and dining area! Would highly recommend and hope to come back for another visit!!!

Charming speakeasy house

The house was great to stay and was plenty big for us. Close enough for us to the downtown area and other areas. Matt and Melissa are great and were able to give us a lot of recommendations for places to go and things to do. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Matt’s home was fantastic for our family. We had a great time and it’s convenient to the fairgrounds and downtown. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back!
