Cooks will find a kitchen equipped to create feasts for the group... all while enjoying the view.

We've designed the spaces in Pinetree Chalet around our own large family, focusing on creating a wonderful flow to gather together, while also offering some intimate spaces for privacy. Throughout the house you'll find extensive use of wood, unique handcrafted and wrought iron items, lodge decor, comfy beds, and space for the family to gather together in comfort.

Ski to the house in winter, or follow the stream up the mountain as you embark on your hiking adventure right from the front door. It is impossible to overstate the awesome experience of the open-air hot tub. Pinetree Chalet is ideally located an easy 7-10 minute walk from Sun Peaks Village and Sunburst chairlift. We are family-focused and committed to hosting guests who will uphold the peaceful nature of our Sunburst Estates house-only neighbourhood.

PINETREE CHALET offers flexible options for groups of various sizes, with a maximum of 16 guests. 6 BD IS LISTED HERE which includes both the Main House plus the Sugar Pine Suite.

ADD LODGEPOLE HIDEAWAY (OPTIONAL):

Lodgepole Hideaway is perfect for groups needing an additional room. A spacious tv/recreation room by day has 2x chaise sofas that become xl-double beds at night. Ensuite with shower. This option is available under special circumstances - please inquire.

The layout works well whether you're planning a Sun Peaks destination wedding with a private honeymoon area, a family reunion or a corporate retreat with separate sleeping areas and beds. Your bed will be made up with a temperature-regulating New Zealand wool pad; thick organic cotton sheets, or 400+ tc premium cotton sheets for breathe-ability and a bed that you will look forward to returning to. A guest commented that she rarely sleeps well, but had one of the best sleeps she's ever had in her Pinetree Chalet bed.
