Perfect Clearwater Vacation

Annual Get Away

The location is great, close to the beach and many good restaurants. It is within walking distance to shopping. The deck with the views was our favorite area to relax at the beginning and end of the day. The condo is large with comfortable beds. Karen is a great communicator.

Terrific Condo and Easy Process

Condo unit is very spacious, clean and well stocked. The balcony is well furnished and views are lovely. Rental process was flawless and communication was efficient. Beach equipment needs to accommodate six people, be upgraded and include two umbrellas.

Celebration vacation

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Balcony over looking the water. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Karen’s personal recommendations of where to eat and drink were a hit. Bonus to see dolphins in the bay each morning. Highly recommend this property.

Wedding celebration

We came for a family wedding in Clearwater. Our condo was amazing. We also spent a lot of time on the nice balcony watching the Dolphins play in the bay. Definitely hope to stay again

Spring training

We just loved our condo! The location is perfect! We are 4 retired teachers and we come down every year in March for Phillies spring training. The owners of the condo made everything so easy! They were a pleasure to deal with! We will definitely rent again! Thank you!

February getaway

Perfect spot for our friend's 3 week winter getaway! Beach , many waterfront restaurants and bars ,shopping and even pickleball are all within walking distance! The condo was well appointed. Karen was a pleasure to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, amazing, clean, and huge!

We came to Clearwater to spend our Thanksgiving with family. This property was huge, clean, gorgeous with an owner who was extremely attentive and full of communication! We saw dolphins and so much other wildlife out while sitting on the huge porch! Close to great restaurants and near the beach!

Beautiful Condo

This condo had everything and more for a fantastic stay on beautiful Clearwater Beach. It was clean upon arrival and had every amenity you would ever need for a great and relaxing vacation. Location Location Location

As the title said, location was perfect, a condo itself was extremely clean and filled with all the amenities you would need for your vacation. The host Karen checked in with us to make sure everything was OK, and if we had any issues which we did not. Clearwater Beach is a short walk from the condo, five minutes. You can walk to all restaurants, bars and shops. We did see dolphins and even a manatee from the balcony, which was quite exciting. Highly recommended.

Outstanding condo with great views

Very spacious and immaculate condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was great to have beach chairs and cart and cooler. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The large balcony was wonderful as we watched dolphins and manatees. We appreciated the attention to little things as well such as new sponges and well stocked soap dispensers. Great communication with owner !!

Clearwater stay

When booking this stay, I went off pictures, reviews, and the fact that the owner was a preferred host (there’s a different term but I cannot think of it at the moment). From the time I booked, Karen’s correspondence was perfect. Her online website was great and gave me resources for entertainment, food places, and everything we needed to know about the property. When we arrived, the place looked even better than the pictures. The location was great. We spent a lot of time at the beach and walking around the area. The only thing would be to cool down the weather next time. 😅 Thank you so much for making this a great experience for us!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Private,secure building entrance. Located near everything you would want to see. Beautiful condo on a harbor with large lanai that overlooks the harbor.

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

My family and I had a great stay at this dolphin view condo. We really did see dolphins while enjoying coffee on the balcony! The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, and it was in walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. I have used VRBO many times and Karen was by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. Her communication was great. She made sure everything was seamless and that we had a great time. Thanks Karen!

Impressive Condo

I rarely give 5 stars but if I could give this place 6 I would. Outstanding communication from online reservations to check out. Beautiful condo on the bayside just across the street from the beach. We went to 3 different beaches during our stay. The public Clearwater beach, 10 minute walk, very crowded but nice. Shepard beach, across the street. They had live music, food and bar service. This is small but we liked it. Sand Key state park is just a 3 minute drive. Less crowded, beautiful beach where you can pack your own cooler. We went to Sand key twice and liked it the best. Back to the condo. The views were amazing! We got to see dolphins everyday and manatees on our last day!!! This place has everything you need. Beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, ice packs, extra blankets, great beds, a fully stocked kitchen…I could go on and on! Karen was so easy to communicate with! She responded quickly to any question we had!!! She has gone out of her way to make sure you don’t need anything during your stay!! Everything is within walking distance from her condo. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a few blocks. Felt very safe walking around each evening!

We are John and Karen Bickford of Bolton MA and have been in the short term rental space since 2009 My husband and I are both small business owners and have one daughter Chloe. We love to fly down to Clearwater Beach for some sun and fun when time permits. May, September, October and November are our absolute favorite times of the year to visit. The weather is just right, not too hot or too cool.

We fell in love with Clearwater Beach when we visited here in 2009 to stay with some friends. Our plan was to look for a property that we could purchase and then later retire to.
We were at the time looking outside of Clearwater Beach for the right property. After viewing several properties south of Clearwater Beach and coming back to Clearwater Beach at the end of each day; we made the decision that we really should try to find something in Clearwater Beach.
Our Realtors Alex and Laren Jansen of Christies Coastal Properties Group brought us to see our now unit at Harborview Grande. We once again fell in love with the breathtaking views from the balcony and well thought out floor plan and decided to purchase. It has been 10 years since we purchased and are very happy that we did.
The location is so tropical that I often feel that I am on a Caribbean Island. Cancun/Playa Del Carmen Mexico is my all time favorite vacation spot. Clearwater Beach reminds me a lot of Mexico without the long flight and occasional stomach upset 
It is a great vacation area for families with small children as well as the younger generation that want the nightlife.
The older generation will appreciate the ease of walking the Beach Walk, bicycling, swimming in the warm gulf waters and enjoying the great sunsets. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful in the area as well.
Clearwater Beach is a very diverse culture that has something for everyone. We absolutely love the area and all the great things there are to do and see.
We ask that you too come to Clearwater Beach and see all the many things the area has to offer.

The balcony and the views stole my heart away; there really is nothing better than sitting on the balcony taking in the panoramic views of Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico watching the boats go by and dolphins frolicking in the water below.
The well appointed floor plan was integral in my decision to purchase as well as the location and security of the property. It was and is still all good…..
