This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beach front condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation.

We manage this condo ourselves and also manage two other condos with perfect 5 Star reviews so we are dedicated to providing you and your guests a great getaway and experience you won't soon forget..

included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

** Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. No Boats, Trailers, RV's or jet skis permitted in parking garage (they as well will have to park across street but it’s a very short walk to elevator).

Just Wow!!!

John’s home is better than the photo’s you see on VRBO. The place is beautifully decorated and has a lot of space to move around and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Everything you needed was available, including nice beach chairs that John provides. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool is heated. But now the best, John. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and by a long shot, John was the best owner I’ve dealt with. He is an excellent communicator, just remarkable and seems to be a great guy. He truly cares about your stay! I wished we could’ve met him. This home and John is the best place to stay in PCB!!! The owner makes a difference, trust me.

Awesome Condo

We have stayed in many of the buildings in PCB and 30A and this is one of our favorite units. The unit is spacious and very well appointed. Excellent communication by the host. Highly recommend

Perfect Spot

Absolutely zero complaints for this specific condo, the entire property and location. It is on the quiter end of PCB and a bit smaller than the high rises so much less crowded. My family of 4 had plenty of room in the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was perfect. There are two sinks in the king bathroom, not sure that is clear in the listing. It was a pleasant surprise. The space is much bigger than the pictures. The pool looks bigger in person too. Plenty of chairs. We loved all the seating options on the balcony, especially the loungers. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with extra blankets. Loved the convenient parking and fast elevators. We never waited. We loved our week long stay at this location. Very clean and quiet. Easy in and out. We would definitely book this condo again. John was great with communication.

Wonderful Stay

By far one of the best experiences going through VRBO! John was so responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as expected and we could not have had a better experience. I recommended him to everyone that we were with. Close to everything and right on the water. If/when we ever go back, this is where we will stay!
