This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beachfront condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views and sunsets from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation.

Property is 13 miles from ECP Airport and has a grocery store within a couple of blocks. Also, McGuires restaurant is directly behind the property. A rental car would be nice to get the full PCB experience but is not necessary as you can get around with just a few uber rides.

Included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

Property has ring doorbell for your security.

** Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online at guestsvcs.com before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. No Boats, Trailers, RV's or jet skis permitted in parking garage (they as well will have to park across street but it’s a very short walk to elevator).

We loved our stay, the host was wonderful and quick to respond. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, view was amazing. It had all the small little touches like a fan in the closet for those who need one, beach toys and chairs. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. It was in a great location we went in January and was still able to use the heated pool, hot tub and on sunnier days still get some sun and take dips in the ocean. There wasn’t a lot of people on the beach or in the pool area so it was nice to avoid the crowds. Sometimes we had the beach and pool to ourselves. Will definitely be returning for a second stay here!!

Parking was great, views were awesome, property was light and airy there was plenty of space for a family and the balcony was a really good size as well. Communication with the owner was great and we were even given an early check in. Only con to the whole stay was the mattresses in the king and queen bed need replaced and updated it was definitely a rough sleep for a week stay.

John was amazing!! Our condo was spectacular. The view was INSANE! We have booked a trip to PCB for the last 6 years and this is the FIRST time the icemaler actually worked. Thank you John!!! From the moment we booked our trip, the communication with us began. The instructions for check in were timely and spot on. Any time we had a question about anything, John was extremely courteous and quick to respond. I can not say enough about how great our experience was and we would love to stay here again. Best place!

Great location. On the quiet west end of PCB. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and this was the best we’ve stayed at. The owner was great to work with and so nice.The condo was clean and set up nicely. The property has 24 hr security which was also nice. There’s some good restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely Wonderful Condo!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous view of the ocean. Plenty of linens, games for family, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper (I always tend to pack these because in the past there’s never enough). Friendly host Mr. John made sure we had all necessary information prior to stay! Only complaint would be I didn’t find this gem 25 years ago!!!! Most Definitely will stay again

Relaxation with a View

We were in PCP to attend the Gulf Coast Jam where our son was one of the performers. The unit was so nice and clean. The view was amazing, and the beach service (umbrella/chairs) was an added bonus. It was a nice, Quiet part of PCP. John was so helpful with our booking. Definitely will consider this property again!

Wonderful Family Trip to Palazzo

We have stayed in many units in the Palazzo as we love the location and amenities. This was our top stay! The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, perfect location- not too high and perfect sunset views! We would highly recommend this unit. Having two full bedrooms, bunk room, 2 bathrooms with tons of storage and huge patio, it was perfect for our family! Having the beach service is a great perk, and we used it every day. We were also able to watch March Madness games easily with the large TV's and YouTube tv. Perfect for big sports fans. John makes the experience very easy and is wonderful to work with. If you are looking at options, this one is great!

Best condo at the Palazzo!!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed at the Palazzo and we have been staying there for 25 years. It was located on the 4th floor and we could absolutely see all sorts of wildlife from our balcony. The furnishings and art in this condo were pristine! If you like farmhouse you will love this condo. The host was so responsive and we will be trying to rent this same place every vacation to PCB! Thanks so much for a perfect vacation week!

Fall break and Birthday week!

Stayed at John’s place for my wife and daughter’s birthday week which also happened to be fall break. The immaculate condo was way bigger than the pictures show. John was quick to alleviate any issues and provided advice about the area. West Panama City Beach was very relaxed and away from the busier beaches and traffic. We would definitely stay again!
