This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beachfront condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views and sunsets from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation.

Property is 13 miles from ECP Airport and has a grocery store within a couple of blocks. Also, McGuires restaurant is directly behind the property. A rental car would be nice to get the full PCB experience but is not necessary as you can get around with just a few uber rides.

Included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

Property has ring doorbell for your security.

** Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online at guestsvcs.com before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. No Boats, Trailers, RV's or jet skis permitted in parking garage (they as well will have to park across street but it’s a very short walk to elevator).

My favorite rental ever. We just love the 4th floor spot. Always clean and perfect. The balcony is so wonderful for drinking the morning coffee and watching the sea life. Has everything we need. My mother really loves it too. McGuire’s is so good too and so is Buddy’s. My little piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo despite Hurricane Isaias moving in the area! We were able to get a few good beach days in and witnessed an amazing "calm before storm" sunset!! John was attentive to our safety and was in communication through the process. The place is very nice, clean, and beautifully updated with modern decor. Spacious rooms and plenty of storage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony is nice with plenty of seating. The ocean view is clear and absolutely beautiful! We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The elevators were fast with no wait time. The entire property felt secure and well-cared for. John is an amazing host — very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We felt spoiled!! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!!

Our stay was amazing. John was a wonderful host. The communication regarding our stay was excellent as John always responded immediately to any inquiries. He provided any necessary information well in advance. The condo is amazing and the view is fantastic. The unit was just as pictured and was very clean. The location is perfect as it is on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach but is still very close to Pier Park. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to rent it again in the future. Thanks to John for helping make our stay a great experience.

This property is wonderfully located right on the beach with white sands and blue water. The apartment is very well decorated and clean. John is a very gracious host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family of 4 stay for Spring Break! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was so easy to get around the property for parking, pool and beach. Condo had a really great layout with plenty of space and storage. Close to everything in PCB and surrounding area. Would stay again and highly recommend. Host was helpful and very responsive!

Host is very responsive and willing to offer amusement and dining suggestions. Spacious, clean and up to date condo with clear view of beach and water. Covered parking in the building with luggage carts makes loading and unloading convenient. Pool, hot tub, and beach amenities are well kept with easy access.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Panama City Beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The views were incredible, and being so close to the beach made it even better.John was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.We truly had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Such a lovely condo, perfect location. Everything we could of possibly needed was available. Very clean, the decor is so cute and appropriate for the beach. John was the perfect host, very quick to respond and most helpful. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved everything about the condo! It was beautiful. Beach view was gorgeous and so was the pool. The only thing I didn’t like was the weather. But that was this time of year. It was cold!!!!! I would recommend contacting John. This condo does not disappoint!

John is the best property owner. We just love this particular property because it’s maintained so well and the view is perfect. We will always try to stay here first each year we come to PCB. I’m a little like Scarlett and this place is my Tara!

The place was just so nice. Everything was thought of that could be needed. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Parking was great- always felt safe walking to room. The stuff to do and the stuff to eat was just amazing. Absolutely will be back and hope to stay in this same place.
