The cottage has recently been renovated from top to bottom. The newly renovated kitchen is a great place to prepare meals and seating for six is close by at the dining table. The washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Linens and bath towels are provided, bring your own beach towels. We ask that all linens and towels remain inside the cottage. We are a pet-friendly and smoke-free cottage.

This cottage includes:

✪ 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom with tub and stand-up shower
✪ 1 sofa-bed seating 3 in the living room
✪ 50'' 4K Ultra HD TV with Fire TV (complimentary Netflix & Amazon Prime Video access)
✪ Full kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, and cutlery) and basics (oil, sugar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, etc.)
✪ Dining table with comfy seating for six
✪ Central AC & Heating
✪ Wifi (unlimited, 350 Mbps, no dead zones throughout)

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down. Quiet time is 10 pm-8 am—no unreasonable noise at any time.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Parties of any kind, loud noise between 9pm-8am, fireworks.
