* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) up to 2 pets. Fee of $75/ up to 3-night stay. $150 for anything over 3 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)

*- Resort fee is included in pricing to access the Clubhouse (Indoor/Outdoor pool, Gym) . Code to access the clubhouse will be provided upon checkin.

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Spacious, Gorgeous layout and lot

Great place to stay for large group!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this house. Everything was clean upon arrival and there was alot of room for everyone to feel like they had enough space, we enjoyed the grill, the firepit and the hottub. We had several bear encounters so definitely bring your food inside dont leave it out. The house looked much better then pictured! The downstairs seemed recently remodled it was very nice .

Wonderful!

We had so much fun in the house and the clubhouse. The house is so clean!!! There are a lot of kitchen utensils, and the beds are so comfortable! I will definitely come back with my family!

no yard

over all the inside of the house was nice fairly clean well decorated but way to many stairs. Howevever the outside was terrible full of spider webs around door ways that needed to be cleaned of before you could walk thru any door way. we were very disappointed in the yard there was 12 of us and it was a challange for us to enjoy the fire pit area in the evening. they also need better out door lighting. lastly the down stais bath room had a major mold and spider problem the need to be addressed.

Beautiful house in a great location

Convenient to everything in downtown Wilmington, with plenty of space for our family. The hot tub and access to clubhouse was a wonderful bonus. Easy communication with host. Would absolutely book again!
