Great location and home. Awesome shared spaces and bedroom set up. Easy to mix privacy and community spaces for a stay with multiple families. We’ll be back.

Great getaway with extended family.

The property was lovely and with the terrible weather we had, a great place to stay inside and have plenty to do. Great rec room. The main room was so comfortable to just hang out in.Not everything listed was available. Hot tub? Not on site. Maybe off property?

Spacious house and great host

The property has so much space, the rooms are well set up, and spaced out. Definitely better for a group of families or a group of couples/singles, but tough for a mix if kids are joining. The clubhouse is great for all ages and a short drive from the property. The house was set up for a number of people. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation time with family and friends

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. Your every details made our job easy to check in / check out, using community amenities. House is very nicely maintained and well organized. We all had fabulous time spent those 2 days. We will definitely make a visit late this year or next year. You are such a nice host

Perfect Getaway for Friends

I stayed at the house for a 30th birthday with 12 adults, and the space was perfect! Huge house. Clean clean clean. Cozy fireplace on every floor. Sauna. 15 min drive to Mt. Snow. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend!

beautiful setting, relaxing weekend

Beautiful home and plenty of space for 7 of us. Gorgeous views (the leaves are off the trees now) to a lake, the sunrise and sunset. Great lounging spaces for reading, games and laughter. Many bathrooms have a "wow factor" ! (i.e Japanese soaking tub). The nearby town (car needed) was perfect for a bit of shopping and a holiday craft show. Owner is easy to reach for questions.

Very nice with some issues

Wonderful space for 10 people with lots of seating in living room and adjacent den. Beautiful views. Logs and fire starters in storage space. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with plenty of paper towels, Saran, foil, coffee pods, sugar, spices, oils, etc. Pool table, ping pong and darts were so enjoyed by kids and adults. Heat had trouble keeping up with very cold weather, main floor bedroom especially cold. . Bathrooms need towel bars and or hooks. No bath soap provided. Drip coffee maker was not functioning properly but Kerig was fine. Owner very responsive.

Awesome stay

Had a great time. Piro is communicative and friendly. My friends really enjoyed all the bells and whistles inside the house. Much fun and would stay again.

Lack of cleaning

The house is beautiful BUT even if the decorations are beautiful with lack of cleaning, it will be worthless. Unfortunately the house was full of dirt , no cleaning was carried to the bedrooms, I already sent some photos to the evolve management. The owner tried to make for me by applying a 10% discount but honestly speaking it is not worth a future visit. The kitchen were lacking the essential things . During my stay the HOA were doing some construction and the water was not available for more than one to two hours per day every day . Really needsuch improvement. I don't recommend the house for anyone

Ideal ski spot for Mt Snow + Family

Very well lit home with plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the open living room area with views across the valley. Will be back if the home is available.

A memorable time!

Dan is responsive, flexible & accommodating. He made himself available via text early on before Check-in. Answered all questions promptly & Kept me abreast of any changes or heads up before my getaway. The property was just as he described with majestic morning views; the packet he left for my fam. & I was welcoming & informative. Our group was all adults. Therefore, I was a bit concern about the bunk beds. Dan quickly attended to them by combining the two twin beds by purchasing a slate also, getting a high-quality air mattress, Ensuring we were all comfortable. The house was exceptional roomy, with breathtaking views & beautiful home decor. The location of the home is Minutes away from the fam. owned restaurants & ski resorts providing you with many options if you are interested in seeing the town. My fam. & I rented this property in celebration of my sister’s 50th bday. There were 14 of us, and everyone was taken back by the property & the unforgettable quality time spent. I highly recommend this home & will come back.

Great vacation

this is an amazing property, lots of room for our family, we were there in August the views from the great room are spectacular, everything you need is there, we had great family dinners together we also enjoyed biking, hiking, swimming also went to Mount Snow and took the ski lift up to the top were we had lunch, went into the little town of Wilmington several times, shopping, restaurants sight seeing, we highly recommend this beautiful home!
