The Ranch at Lake Ray Robert is a 10-acre ranch with cozy beautifully renovated 4 Bed, 2 bath farmhouse for a perfect escape from city life but with city amenities. We have breathtaking sunset views, are easily accessible on Hwy 377 and are walking distance from the Buck Creek boat launch, ideal location for fishing tournament participants. Anglers, we have an RV / boat parking & we are closest from the boat ramp you can stay. We love anglers. Close to Walmart and restaurants with a super-fast Wi-Fi.

This is a beautiful modern farmhouse where you and your family & friends can spend quality time. The house is surrounded by farms where horses can be seen. A huge backyard for fun plays and relaxing. Sunroom with sliding doors around is a special attraction for hangouts. A PERFECT PLACE FOR EVENTS! Wedding, anniversaries, birthday party, graduation party, and more.

Clean, secure, rental ! comfortable beds, 15 miles from wedding venue. Host was always quick to respond. Would be great to have a light of some kind near gate for entry at night. Otherwise perfect!

Hi Jimmie, I am sorry to hear about spiders. In over 4 years we have never had this issue and monthly pest control service has been very effective if the doors and windows are kept closed. The buck creek boat launch / lake front is 0.5 miles previously straight in front of the driveway and as per Google walk is 11 minutes.

Great place for family

We used the property to be close to a wedding venue for a weekend and we loved every moment. A few recommendations would be to remove the horse poop from around the front of the house to cut back on the amount of flys in the house, add a few cookie sheet pans and then double check the washer as it only put out hot water. All in all the place was amazing and we truly enjoyed it! If we ever need to stay in that area again i would not hesitate to book again!

Texas Ranch Lake Getaway

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Jay, the property owner, was friendly and responsive—he even allowed us to check in a little early, which we really appreciated.There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. We were informed upon arrival that the cleaning service had an emergency and couldn’t finish, which affected a couple supplies. We also experienced some issues with the thermostat resetting which the owner will hopefully resolve.That said, the property itself worked out well for our needs. It had plenty of space for boat parking, which was a huge plus for our lake trip. Jay’s excellent communication made a big difference, and with a few small improvements, this would be an ideal lake getaway spot.

Very poorly maintained property

First night was horrible. Arrived at check-in. Property was 84 degrees in the house. Turned AC down. Had to leave because it was too hot to stay in. Came back later in evening. Thermostat auto adjusted back to 85. And property was still 80 degrees inside.

I remember you had booked the place for 4 guests and stayed 8 without informing prior. When I had advised about VRBO policy and requested you to adjust the booking you had threatened to provide a bad review. We appreciate you deciding to stay with us.

Perfect for The Springs Event Venue or Just a Great Texas Vacay!! Loved it!

We struck gold when we rented this welcoming Pilot Point, TX home for a weekend wedding. The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a quick drive, less than 10 minutes, to The Springs Event Venue in Valley View. Convenience at its finest! This is a true Texas ranch home…it’s spacious, open & nestled on several relaxing fenced acres making it a fun retreat for dogs too! Our Australian Shepherd had the time of his life! I loved everything about this home…spotless, massive kitchen, huge bedrooms, 65” TV’s in every room and it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. And the host, Jay…you can not get any better than him! He’s truly a great person. He made our stay extraordinary! Thank you, Jay! We will be back without a doubt…one more wedding at The Springs, then it will be all about fun, fishing and enjoying the great Texas sunsets! Rent this…you will love Jay and have a great time on this beautiful property. Worth every penny and more!
