We highly recommend The George 203! Exceptional communication prior to and during our stay. The condo is on the backside of the building and it was very quiet. Easy access, however, as stated in the description…stairs are the only way to access the condo. There is a landing hallway up if it is necessary to rest. Our stay was perfect and we could not have asked for nicer accommodations. Walkability was definitely a 10! Easy drive to Saugatuck and Douglas. Book it! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent anniversary getaway

What a lovely loft. Located in the most wonderful location. Close to everything . Walk right out the front door to shops, restaurants and the social district. Walking distance to the local farmers market. The space was perfect and absolutely gorgeous, simply perfect! Would most absolutely stay here and recommend to anyone coming to holland. Thank you to the hosts , who were wonderful! Thank you so much for the perfect anniversary getaway

Best spot to stay in Holland!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Communication from the host was immediate and accurate, the place was more than spotless! If I had not seen the guest book I would have thought we were the first to use it. Everything is updated. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of supplies (towels.dishes, etc.) and the location! Oh my you walk right out into the middle of where everyone wants to be - literally it is the perfect spot. And you would think you could hear street noise but no, nothing. It was great. Thank you!

Amazing Place

This is the best place we have stayed. Very well stocked and maintained. Georgous. The balcony was perfect for visiting in the evening. Location was amazing downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

My two daughters and I stayed here for Tulip festival. Location was great. We could walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. A shout out to Kari at Cherry Republic for putting together an awesome gift box that included so many tasty foods.

Great accommodations

This property is beautiful and in an excellent location. The owners are easily accessible for questions and give all the information needed before arrival. The condo is very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to stay in this property again in the future.

Very Comfortable Stay

Nicely appointed condo in downtown area of Holland. Within walking distance to several restaurants and interesting shops. Feels like “home” away from home. A little “hike” upstairs!

Amazing

Loved every minute from the location, the amenities to the property owners. Just flat out enjoyed walking to the farmers market, Hope’s campus and watching the sunset at Tunnel beach. Thank you for allowing us have such a wonderful experience.

Poor Mgmt

Clean, well located unit. However once we arrived we found out that we were required to wash, dry and put away all bath and other towels. Check out time was also moved up earlier than stated in the listing/confirmation. I was also locked out of the building while trying to pack up and fortunately the cleaning person showed up after 15 minutes and let me back in. Had to have someone hold the door open while packing the car as the new code to enter the building was not provided (and I checked out prior to the stated time). Overall a bad experience.

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, to go along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the backbone of the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

This brand new property is apart of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself.
