Ground Transportation: Take the fastest route to paradise! Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the instructions in your pre-check in process. A well-identified driver will await you and your party at the airport's international arrivals exit. For more information, please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-292-9446. You will have to pay for the return shuttle ride to the airport and can register your trip with the concierge. Note: Passports are required for anyone traveling to Mexico, including children.When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you back a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place—we recommend inside your passport—since you will need this upon departure from Mexico.
