We are a company that owns several apartments for rent. We specialize in international tenants since 1987. All our apartments are comfortable furnished and fully equipped. They are located in Santo Domingo, capital city of Dominican Republic.

Located on the Independencia Avenue, near the Mirador del Sur Park and a few minutes from the Malecon. Fairly quiet sector, family friendly neighborhood. You will find that everything you need is within easy walking distance, such as pharmacy, supermarket, post office, transportation services, stores and much more. A 15-minute drive takes you to shopping malls, restaurants and the city center.

Perfect for small families or business travelers visiting Casa de Espana, Santo Domingo Country Club, Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, Bepensa, Ciudad Ganadera, Haina Port, Parque Industrial Itabo, or Universidad del Caribe.

Although we are not located in the center of the city, the apartment is very well located, has a public transport line that passes very close by, and it is easily reach in taxi or Uber. This is a true walkable location and area where everything you need is a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you're planning on a road trip.

Our apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
It features three comfortable bedrooms: two queen beds, one double bed, and one single bed. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and spacious closets. You’ll find two full bathrooms for your convenience.

The cozy living room boasts a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. Gather around the comfortable dining room table, which seats six people and also has a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
For added comfort, we provide a 5gallon drinking water, a water heater, internet service, and a washer machine and dryer. Fresh sheets and towels are provided, and there’s an assigned parking spot for your car.
