About the WIFI router- the wifi router/internet is all connected next to the pantry door in a basket next to the small decorative blue mirrored small table, near the round dinette table in the kitchen. There is a white extension cord that is plugged in the wall that is the power for the wifi/router. So if it gets unplugged or the power strip power button turns off, internet would be interrupted. If this happens, you must unplug the power cable from the wifi device and plug back in…then internet will be restored immediately. The wifi/router equipment is available for you to access just in case of an emergency reboot needed, but please contact me before your reboot the wifi, if needed. Thanks.
The 1-acre property is cleared with beautiful grass lawn and landscaping- perfect for outdoor games and for dog to run freely around and exercise. The fire pit has 6 chairs surrounding it and is in the center of the back yard property and is a great place to have conversations, roast marshmallows, and stargaze. At the end of the property, you get a beautiful view of Lake Anna and can hear the rushing water of the stream bordering the back of the property- sit at the picnic table and soak it all in, then walk over the bridge attached to our fence and walk through the steam that leads directly to Lake Anna and jump in the water for a swim (there is a bit of wooded community area [owned by the power company] to walk through before accessing water from backyard -it’s an adventure!). The boat dock is just around the next street (in fact you can see our backyard fence from the community beach/community boat dock area)!
