Cute and comfy in a great location!

A spotless basement apartment perfect for our family of 6! Our host was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Best hidden gem in Rexburg

Easy to check in and check out. Host was very accommodating for our stay and got to meet the famed Beasley!! 10/10 would stay again!

Rexburg basement

Great host, very friendly. Beds and bedding very nice. Kitchen was small but adequate. Good for 4 people, we had family come by for visiting and dinner, a little small for the 7 of us.

Not for me

Appreciated I was able to book last minute same day and communication was good. Being a basement apartment in the summer it was extremely stuffy and I would recommend a fan or two for air circulation. Opened the windows at night however that magnified the sound of barking dog which made the stay most unbearable. There is a dog living above the apartment in the house section/ directly outside the basement window. and it barked and howled all night both nights. Would have been appreciated if this was noted on description. . Our two nights sleep were not restful.

Property was unkept and had a spider infestation!!

The check in was the only thing that went flawlessly. The outside property was basically trashy, the information listed on VRBO did not specify that it was a basement lodging, upon entry the place had an odor that I found later to be a shopping bag of dirty baby diapers hanging on the dining table chair, the place had literally an infestation of large brown spiders that were aggressive, we killed 8 through out the whole place, the kitchen had uncleaned pots and pans and lastly, no air conditioner and inadequate cleaning supplies, so we ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaned everything in the kitchen before use. There was no vacuum cleaner or broom so we could not sweep, nor vacuum the dead spiders up. My family was not thrilled with the place. We did however leave the kitchen in a more sanitary condition. I hope we get a refund of at least HALF of the charges but I am not going to hold my breath for it.

Cozy Stay

The host's were friendly, quick to reply, and welcoming! The condition outside of the property was a bit off putting, but the inside was generally clean and the pictures were representative of the apartment, with a few bugs here and there (but with a basement apartment that is to be expected). Overall, comfortable stay.
