We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back and visit again in the future.
Keep in mind that this is an old house, with that age comes some character. This is not a silent, noise-free property. There are some groans and creaks that come with staying in an old home, if you're a light sleeper this may impact your stay. The check-in and check-out times are 3:00p and 10:00a respectively despite the listing communicating slightly different times. There is a coffee press, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge in the unit.
These are things that didn't impact our stay but I feel are important to mention in the event that they may impact yours.
