Sierra Foothills Getaway - beautiful deck & views!

Relax on the large deck for sunsets over beautiful forested hills. Play bocce and horseshoes in the backyard. Warm up by the gas fireplace, or stream a movie on the 65” TV. Our comfortable home is perfect for getting away from it all.

Located in the foothills of the Sierras, it's the perfect jumping off point for wine tasting in Sutter Creek/Plymouth; skiing at Kirkwood; and exploring Silver Lake, Caples Lake, Pipi Valley, Bear River Lake Resort, the mighty Mokelumne River, and so much more!

The home sleeps 8 and is on 1 acre of land on a private road in a quiet neighborhood.

BEDROOMS: 1) Primary w/ queen; 2) bunk bed (2 twins + trundle); 3) bunk bed (full + twin).

FAMILY ROOM: Very kid-friendly with Legos, art supplies, books and board games. 65" TV for streaming.

DECK: Huge back deck for lounging, dining and relaxing.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Mollie Joyce Park is a short walk away, which includes an 18-hole frisbee golf course, two baseball fields, and trails through the woods.

Located in the Sierra foothills at 3000’ elevation, the home is close to word-class outdoor activities:

Excellent property. Hosts were great.

We stayed at this property to in Dec 2022 to make daily ski trips to Kirkwood. Worked out really well for us. Hosts were very cooperative and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Affordable and well used

Great location for a family, but feels more like you're staying in a friend's house rather than a VRBO. Lots of personal belonging, no where to put cloths or food away as closets, dressers and pantry are full. Checkout procedures are difficult, would much rather pay more to not have to clean, launder towels and bedding. Now, the price does make-up for some of this. If your looking for a no frills cheap place to stay this a great deal.

Lovely weekend retreat
