The place is absolutely immaculately clean, and so cute. It has homey touches, and the owner & her husband are a delight to deal with :-) We absolutely loved the neighborhood it was located in so much that we found our new rental close by :-)

Charming Place

Charming place with the space and amenities we needed. Host was very responsive to questions/inquiries. Even provided local amenities and recommendations. Florence is a quant town, easy to get around, and wonderful people.

Virginia and her family were absolutely wonderful guests! They were incredibly clean and respectful of our space, leaving it in pristine condition. Communication with them was excellent – clear, prompt, and always polite. We also truly appreciated their understanding and flexibility when a minor issue arose; they handled it with grace and made the resolution incredibly easy. We would be delighted to host Virginia and her family again anytime and highly recommend them to any host!

Darlington Raceway Stay

Perfect location & fully equipped with everything we needed! Kitchen was a bit small but enjoyed cooking on the gas stove top. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Me, my wife, and our dog traveled to Florence from Ohio to visit our premature granddaughter in the NICU. It was very convenient as the property is only five minutes from the hospital and 5-10 minutes from most stores and restaurants.

The house was quite comfortable for both of us. We spent a lot of time with family so we were only there for evenings and breakfast.

Charmingly different!

Charming little place with the unique layout of a 1940s home but contemporary decor. The host thought of everything really , we really loved the little touches, Gina and Chance are great to work with. Definitely recommend you stay here!

Great Stay

We had a great stay here! The house is clean, big, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to everything. We had a couple of issues which Gina fixed immediately. She is a great communicator. Would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable

My stay was great, hous was clean with everything we needed. Area was nice. I arrived early from PA texted host to see if we could check in early and she said sure. I would of liked to have a chain or lock on door so when I went to bed for safety. Thank you and I will stay again if needed.

property was clean but had dis-respectful permanent tenants in unit next door this a duplex was under impression that I was renting a house. The permanent tenants kept tv on very loud 10pm to 5am plus had COCKROACHES in unit yuck!!!!!!!! would not stay again. got little sleep not enjoyable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, Thomas, I am disappointed in your review of our home. Don't forget I made an exception for you and your TWO dogs when I only allow one, and your review is not accurate. As far as the tenant's loud TV, I answered every message and made every effort to rectify that problem when it was brought to my attention as that was not their usual behavior. A duplex is a house and IF you would have read the posting you would have known that there was a long-term tenant. Finally, we do not have cockroaches in our home, once again IF you would have READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT it states that Palmetto bugs get in just like spiders from time to time, we have regular pest control services to limit the number of intruders and by no means is our home dirty or unkempt.

Great location and very roomy

This place was plenty roomy and comfortable, and worked out really well for our short stay -- close to all the things we needed. Particularly loved all the labeled switches -- brilliant!
