Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

+ guarantee 200 € (will be refunded in cash on departure)
+ electricity per consumption

From November till March the expenses for electricity, water and gas are to pay extra.

The Space:
Comfortable holiday home with stunning sea views and private pool.

For the tenants, the entire front area of ​​the garden with private pool is available. From the pool area you have a wonderful sea view.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, with a small fish pond and rich lush mediterranean plants.

The house has a lovely, well-furnished living-dining room (with air conditioning) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Calpe, Maryvilla.

Getting Around:
There is a small, nice sandy-beach about 800 m. Restaurants and tennis courts about 400 m. Supermarket 3 km.

Other Things to Note:
There are on the other side of the garden is a second house, which is inhabited all the year. The pool is not used by these people - and is at the private use only for the holiday guests. The intimate atmosphere is completely guaranteed, as the owners go behind the house to their area.

Internet available. For the winter month the tenants have a gas-central heating.

Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday in the high season (its to request for other days in the low season).

Fabulous view

We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay.

L'endroit est parfait comme annoncé. La piscine parfaite. L'équipement de la maisoncorrect. Le gros problème ce sont les hôtes. Il s'agit de personne de 85ans qui malheureusement ne sont plus à même de gérer cette location. Il devrait passer par une agence. exemple, nous sommes à table en terrasse et madame vient avec son balai pour brosser sous la table et nous oblige à nous lever. ils rentrent dans la maison quand bon leur semble sans aucune raison . Ils se sont trompés de 2 jours par rapport à notre date de départ et le jeudi ils ont débarqués à la maison ont pris les clés et ont relevé le compteur d'électricité et ont voulu nous jeter dehors. Ces personnes ne parlent que l'allemand, ni anglais, ni espagnol, communication donc difficile.

Merci pour votre commentaire et vos remarques positives concernant l'emplacement et la piscine. Nous sommes désolés des malentendus survenus durant votre séjour. Bien que les propriétaires résident sur la même propriété, ils disposent d'une entrée indépendante. L'appartement est loué avec succès depuis de nombreuses années et de nombreux vacanciers y passent régulièrement leurs vacances. Concernant les incidents que vous avez décrits, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions : il y a eu un malentendu et la propriétaire a cru que vous comptiez partir vendredi. Par conséquent, le compteur électrique a été relevé jeudi et le dépôt de garantie restant dû vous a été remboursé. En réalité, vous n'êtes parti qu'à la date initialement convenue. Par ailleurs, les propriétaires ont entendu un bruit inhabituel provenant de l'appartement la veille. Inquiets d'une éventuelle urgence, ils ont vérifié que tout allait bien. Après avoir constaté qu'un tiroir était simplement tombé, le problème a été immédiatement résolu. Malheureusement, la maîtrise limitée du français a engendré quelques difficultés de communication. Nous regrettons que cela vous ait donné une fausse impression. Nous vous remercions pour votre séjour et vous souhaitons un excellent retour.

Villa calpe

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette villa , au calme avec une magnifique vue . Proche de la plage ( mais avec des enfants il faut mieux une voiture), bonne exposition de la piscine . Piscine tres bien entretenu , tout comme le jardin.

Mauvaise expérience qui gache les vacances

Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. La maison est bien équipée, la vue est belle et dégagée malgré le poteau. La literie est correcte. La piscine devient sale au bout de quelques jours et mérite un entretien plus régulier (aucun entretien durant deux semaines). L'intimité est relative avec des propriétaires parfois bruyants qui viennent nourrir les poissons derrière nous pendant qu'on bronze. Nous avons surtout eu une très mauvaise expérience avec les propriétaires à la fin du séjour car la communication était très difficile puisqu'on ne parle pas allemand. Nous avons eu droit à une surfacturation des frais d'électricité et à une facturation indue pour l'utilisation de la climatisation, du gaz et d'eau alors que ce n'était pas prévu dans le contrat. Par ailleurs, on nous a facturé le remplacement du clapet de la piscine qui s'est cassée par vétusté et les propriétaires ont accusé mes enfants auprès de Gislinde alors que j'avais découvert seul le clapet cassé flottant dans la piscine après 2-3 nages. Ce n'est pas très honnête de leur part. Heureusement, Gislinde a joué la médiatrice pour que je sois remboursé des surfacturations et j'ai accepté de payer le clapet pour clore le sujet. Bref, je n'y retournerai pas. Prenez de la marge au moment du départ pour vérifier la facturation et pour solliciter Gislinde si besoin. J'étais parti vers 7h du matin... donc c'était compliqué d'obtenir des explications sans interprète.

La piscine est régulièrement entretenue. S'il y a des locataires dans la maison. Ensuite, le propriétaire effectue l'entretien soit tôt le matin. Ou si les locataires ne sont pas présents. Les propriétaires essaient. pour ne pas déranger les locataires. De nombreux locataires viennent régulièrement chaque année.

Schöne Aussicht und ein tolles Haus

Das Haus ist innen etwas klein, für 4 Personen aber ausreichend, da man fast nur draußen sitzt die Aussicht genießt und sich im Pool abkühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im unteren Haus, sind super nett und nie aufdringlich oder ähnliches. Wenn Calpe dann wieder bei Ulla und Peter!

Excelente y precioso lugar

La estancia es muy bonita y con excelentes vistas al mar. Casa muy limpia y acondicionada. Los propietarios Ulla Y Peter son muy amables y atentos. Además la piscina da un plus a la casa. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Sans mauvaisessurprises...

Annonce à la hauteur des lieux. Propriétaires discrets et très gentils, vue magnifique en dehors d'un poteau au plein milieu, lieu très calme et très dépaysant.
