There is a noise and light curfew after 9pm in Sedona. This is to help keep things dark for stargazing and to set a peaceful tone in the town.

-For your convenience, please let us know the day before your stay if you want the pool warmed up to ensure it will be ready when you arrive.
-Pool takes several hours to heat
-Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained

-Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

Listing Neighborhood
The street is very quiet and remain dark at night! There is an excellent opportunity to see the stars from our stargazing station in the backyard!

It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to uptown from this home or a short drive anywhere in town including to all the best hikes.
