The house was discribed as stated. Plenty of room for my family. The house was not cleaned, the freezer had to be repaired, the circuit box needed to be fixed for washer and dryer to work. Then we had to have the pool cleaned. We had inspectors show up on day 1 and noted all problems. Thomas vacation agents was wonderful and showed up and fixed and corrected all problems. They also checked on us throughout our stay. Just wonderful people to make sure we had a great time.

Perfect for large families!

Overall, our experience was good. It was a simple check-in, but the house wasn’t ready when we got there. The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep and spread out. The floors weren’t swept and food from the previous renters was left on the kitchen floors, but there was a broom available, so it was an easy fix. Property was within walking distance, even for our 3 year old. Definitely would recommend this property.

Nice property

My family and I stayed here from July 2-9 and had a great time! There was ample space for our group of twelve, and every couple had their own full bathroom with double sinks, which was a plus. However, the listing advertised three king beds, but two of them were just two side-by-side single mattresses . Also, none of the bathrooms had towel hooks for hand towels and bath towels. Moreover, the oven on the main floor took an hour to preheat and didn’t work very well. Lastly, there was a broom in the closet but no dust pan. While we probably wouldn’t stay here again, it served its purpose for the week, was only a few-minute walk to the ocean, and accommodated our large group.

Needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance

We stayed from July 20-27. The check in process was easy and it was ready on time. However, when we arrived it smelled strongly of fish in the house. Also one of the beds on the second floor clearly hadn’t been changed because it had sand in the sheets. The vents are in the stairwells are covered in black mold and clearly haven’t been maintained. The air conditioning on the second floor did not maintain a cool temperature as the week went on. The oven in the main kitchen doesn’t work well and the water pressure in the kitchen sink also doesn’t work well. I’m not sure if the pool is cleaned between renters as it was full of sand when we arrived. Most disturbing of all were the roaches that are inside the house and also in the pool area. These were large roaches that weren’t afraid to come out around people. There were also dead bugs in the stairwell. If you have small children, this house isn’t set up for that. The stairs are very steep and not within view of the living areas. The house is within walking distance of the beach with easy access and the neighborhood is nice. Overall, I would not stay here again.
