Beautifully appointed with nicely functional kitchen, ample counter space, spacious living room and oceanfront balcony great for relaxing with your favorite beverages morning and evening. Families book again and again to take in the beautiful direct ocean view or make the short stroll to the neighboring pier for some live entertainment. This popular condo reminds us of the way the beach used to be with its arcades and local businesses and is perfect for an enjoyable family vacation or a romantic getaway. This property has an oceanside pool, small play area, private beach access, and coin operated laundry facility and is conveniently located for shopping, attractions, the marsh, golf, fishing and restaurants.

Everybody loves this property. It has that laid back vibe and the area is not overly commercial. You hit it during bike week, which was so well attended this year. We welcome you to stay with us again any time.

We had a great time. Can’t beat the view and location. Watched sunrises and storms roll in right from our balcony. Our family of 5 had a blast. Rented chairs and umbrella which was set up for us and taken down daily. Played in the sand all day and wrapped up by the pool. Grabbed a quick bite from Sam’s corner and nightly ice cream from drippys. Couldn’t beat these easy days. Thanks for the last minute vacay!

We had a wonderful week by the ocean at this lovely condo! The property was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy, and the view from the corner condo was breathtaking! You can’t beat this location by the pier. We enjoyed listening to the bands on the pier at nights and early morning walks down the beach. Our teen loves the arcade across the street. Communication with the host was great and we definitely hope to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great stay at this condo. The view was amazing, the property was very clean and had just we needed for a weekend trip. Walking distance to the pier, and several restaurants and stores. The parking area is very tight, we luckily were able to park in a spot under the condos each night.We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location on the beach - covered parking was a plus! The hosts, Jeffrey & Shelley, rescued this damsel in distress upon arrival - it was pilot error & I really appreciated their promptness! Condo was clean & neat & all appliances in working order. I would stay again!

We had a 4 day stay at this condo and it was the best! Location was amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay! I love the bunk bed area! Sitting on the back porch was my favorite part!
