Peaceful 3BR/2BA Bungalow - Central & Free Extras

Originally from KS, I am a Florida transplant and absolutely love it. I couldn’t take the cold anymore!! I have been married to my husband, Diego, for almost 4 years and we have the sweetest 2 year old son. Together we really enjoy the beach, our family, friends and experiences. I feel so incredibly lucky to be doing this. I’ve always dreamed of owning a hotel or a bed and breakfast and VRBO made that happen for me. If we aren't staying in one of our two homes, we are traveling the world. I’m a HUGE foodie and love trying all of the new spots I can (if you try something you love during your stay, TELL ME). I’m part of Yelp Elite as a side hobby. I played golf in college and still very much enjoy playing whenever I can. I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist and work 100% remote. When we were looking for homes in FL, we decided to buy in the most competitive market so we feel extremely blessed that we got everything we wanted. We have a fully equipped Bungalow with a 2 car garage (fully accessible to guests), a glamorous master suite with a gorgeous new bathroom and walk-in closet, a spacious kitchen where the whole family can cook together, free streaming services on the living room TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Peacock - Yellowstone anyone?), free extras (coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, a beach day starter pack, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper). There are 2 beautiful Queen Beds, 1 King and a pullout bed in a common space. The mattresses are brand new and very soft in all bedrooms. There are huge closets in both queen bedrooms. We have a hair dryer, pack n play, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The Lanai is such a peaceful place to grill out with our brand new gas grill, drink some beers from the mini fridge outside or sip on some morning coffee. Keep an eye out on the trees, as we have Mangos in Bananas the guests are welcome to partake from. You might get lucky and see some beautiful birds or a turtle laying their eggs on the bank of the canal. The neighborhood is very calm with lots of kids running around. Please be respectful of the neighbors when staying and only ask us questions, not the neighbors. The Bungalow backs up to a park and there are lots of landscaping on all sides, so it gives you the feel of your own little private oasis.
