Enter through front door or secure two-car garage. A bedroom with desk, full bath, and large storage closet are found on this level.

On the second floor, you'll find the open-concept living room and kitchen, with an additional full bath and private bedroom. A smart TV in the living room allows you to log in to your streaming services. The large modern kitchen provides the perfect place to gather with your friends. A private washer and dryer are also available on this floor.

On the third floor, two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, present an excellent place to rest after a long day exploring Nashville. The third floor deck with a grill provides a great outdoor space to hang out, relax, and enjoy time with your friends and family.

A Ring doorbell is present to provide additional guest security. A decibel monitor device is installed in the home to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM are enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
