Designed to capture golden sunsets, this rustic Old Stome House Villa I&II sits on the sunny slope of Vrmac hill in Gornja Lastva, Tivat. Dip in the pool above the sea, surrounded by stone, beautiful gardens and Mediterranean plants, which gives it a special charm. Then gather for feasts in the patio or at the formal table just inside where you will enjoy an almost museum ambience surrounded by antiques. Coast city Tivat is a 10 minute drive.

Villa is located in Gornja Lastva, a place that is a tourist attraction of the Boka Bay. Settled on the sunny slope of Vrmac hill and offers a beautiful view of Tivat and Kotor, surrounded by stone, beautiful gardens and Mediterranean plants, which gives it a special charm. This 120 m2 apartment is a part of Old Stone House Tivat Villas I&II. It consists of one bedroom furnished w/ queen size bed, living room with sofa bed for two people, kitchen and dinning room and a toilet. Outside guests can enjoy the patio and terrace with big dinning table. Beside that guests can use private pool. Unit offers fully equipped rooms, and an authentic interior and exterior adapted to the site. As much attention is paid to decoration details, also as much has been invested in furnishing the apartment, so that guests feel comfortable during their stay, with all the necessary things. The private pool offers sea and coast view. Parking is avaliable. Enjoy complete privacy in this authentic rustic property, just a few kilometers away from the beach.

Stone as the basic building material and Mediterranean plants in which the settlement is hidden, reflect the recognizable Mediterranean ambience. An ambience that has not been disturbed by modern construction for many years. They preserved the authenticity of the traditional way of building. It that location villa is providing you total privacy, with all amenities which will make your stay unforgetable. Private pool with horizont view is maybe our greatest advantage.
